Meditation Timer OnlineQuincee Lark is an artist, educator, and facilitator whose work weaves psychology, yoga, somatics, and meditation to support transformation and creative embodiment. A graduate in Psychology from Lewis & Clark College and a current student of Counseling and Art Therapy, her work is rooted in trauma-informed care, spiritual psychology, and the wisdom of the body. Drawing from a background in wilderness therapy, yoga, and arts education, Quincee guides others to access their somatic experience as a wellspring of inspiration, reclaim creativity as a sacred and sustainable practice, and cultivate resilience through mind–body–spirit alignment. As the founder of Visionseed, she is devoted to deconstructing the myth of the “struggling artist” and nurturing creative lives rooted in purpose, connection, and inner listening.
