Her mission is to empower people to prioritise themselves, feel energised and evolve into the person they were always meant to be. She does this through bringing together coaching with yoga, mindfulness and energy work, to support a mind, body, soul transformation. One of the practices she loves to share the most is Yoga Nidra.
