Wendy Sue

Wendy brings a unique warmth and deep connection to all her interactions and she looks forward to sharing that caring connection with you. She has practiced various types of meditation for over 20 years and has recently become a certified meditation teacher. Teaching comes naturally to Wendy who has guided and nurtured children, adults and professional groups in school settings, public spaces, and online. For the last six years, Wendy has actively studied a number of mind-body modalities, including nervous system regulation, neuroplasticity, somatic work, inner child work, Reiki, the vagus nerve and more. By studying and practicing these modalities, she healed herself from almost two decades of chronic illness. Meditation was the anchor throughout the entire journey. In the beginning, there were not any meditation apps and she had to comb the internet and buy cds to find guided meditations. These were life lines to her and she wants to give back by bringing calm, easeful compassionate meditations to you on this wonderful platform. Wendy also loves to garden and make art of all types.

I love this extended version…more space to take a pause from the day. The question of “what are you letting go of?” really resonated with me and made me pause to think about what weight I might be carrying around with me that I don’t need to be. Just what I needed today. I needed to step away from my busy-ness and take a pause, and this meditation helped me feel supported as I did so. It’s so easy when we’re feeling busy and overwhelmed to believe that we can’t pause because we’re just too busy. But in reality, that’s what we need most, to be able to continue our work and life from a more grounded state. Thank you Wendy for so gently holding this space.
