Dr. Maher is board certified in Psychiatry and Neurology and subspecialty certified in mind-body (Psychosomatic) Medicine. In over 20 years of practicing and teaching in academic medicine, yoga and yearly ashram retreats, and observing medical care in more than 30 countries, Dr. Maher has developed a “Spiritual Neuroscience” that integrates alternative and western medicine, spirituality and neuroscience. In addition to treating patients, Dr. Maher is a Professor of Psychiatry at UCLA.

Wish it was longer! When my tinnitus spikes, I need all the help I can get to calm my emotional response to it. I could do a 30 mins maybe even an hour of that! ♥️
