In this meditation you're going to take yourself into your own private personal sanctuary and this is your inner world.
It's inside you,
It's a part of you,
It's the most important part of you and you carry that around with you and live inside it wherever you go.
Going here consciously as you will in this meditation is a reminder to you that you have this vast and sacred personal space which is a place you can go to for feelings of safety and comfort,
Forgiveness,
Love and compassion as well as for joy and remembering joy and thinking about those you love and what you love about living.
So let's begin.
As always find a quiet space where you won't be interrupted and where you can spread out all your energies and relax.
As you begin to settle in feel the ground underneath you where you are.
Feel its welcome and support and you can simply drop the weight of your bones to the earth.
And then welcome a connection with your breathing,
Meet your breath.
And simply feel your own breath moving through your body making no demands on it as it makes no demands upon you.
Feel the welcome of a breath that requires nothing from you and still feeds you and nourishes you as you breathe in and as you breathe out allows you to relax and let go of stress.
Your breath is generous and supportive.
You might spend a few moments feeling its movement inside you like a loving welcoming caress or massage.
With every breath you draw in you draw in a little more deeper into your own personal sanctuary.
With every breath you let go of fully you can let go of any excess and that means excess demands or expectations on you to do more to be more than the wholeness you already are.
So with your next few breaths allow yourself to feel that letting go as you breathe out of what is not needed.
What might be hurting you demands to fit in to overstrive words and ideas that don't belong to your soul about who and how you are.
And then go to your senses your sense of hearing and tune in your inner ear to listen kindly to yourself so that every thought you have everything that arises in you every feeling gets to be deeply held and listened to with love and respect.
Take your awareness to your ears and tune in your inner ears.
And then take your awareness to your eyes underneath your eyelids and especially to that space above your eyes your forehead in the middle your third eye this place of extra sensing very sensitive and tune those in inwardly casting an inner gaze which is kind warm compassionate and welcoming and full of love.
And now feel into your whole precious body your physical being and welcome every part of you from your very toenails up to the crown of your head and not forgetting the sides of your body the ends your fingers and the whole of your back body.
Feel your physicality and welcome it this precious vessel which holds you protects you moves you around allows you to stand back maybe have a note of thanks for your body.
And feel your presence.
The you which is unique and individual from the moment you were born came into this world you came in whole you came in unique your essence belongs to you and thrives in you welcome that.
Welcome your presence in this space and feel how your own presence moves beyond your physical presence to become an energetic presence a larger area of you and your unique essence.
Your own electromagnetic field your energy field you might sense this as a warmth moving from the core of you toward the outside of you and filling up a sphere an orb of space around you 360 degrees.
You might visualize it or sense it as a light or some particular color a radiance beginning with you and illuminating the space around you 360 degrees.
Breathe here with this sensing feeling and seeing.
From the moment you were born you came here with a gift the gift of being you of being yourself.
So you feel yourself in this vast luminous presence.
Feel that gift pulsating in every atom every molecule of this space within you and the space around you in this sanctuary.
Take some beautiful breaths in and out filling your cells with your breath in plumping them nourishing them from this space and with this essence of you and your gift of uniqueness.
Pouring that breath out into your cells and into the space around you and whatever you're feeling whatever life has been bringing you whatever you want to connect with process and tend to you can allow it to come in here and thrive in this light.
You can remind those parts of you that sometimes perhaps feel vulnerable or not enough how radiant they are how much space they have.
Anything that needs to be soothed or encouraged just have a sense of it in this healing vibrant space.
Give yourself time.
Anytime you need you can connect with the support of the earth underneath you and your confident compassionate enlivening breath moving through you.
And now remind yourself.
Breathe into your heart and remind yourself that you are a person full of love compassion curiosity and courage.
You might take a hand to your heart feel its response as it remembers.
Feel the circulation of energy there underneath your hand.
You might feel yourself turning up the corners of your mouth into a smile and an inner smile meeting it growing inside of you.
As you remember the power you have the love you have and the depth and breadth of your courage and compassion in the sanctuary of your personal space.
And then simply melt in and rest here for a few more minutes.
Let yourself go and surrender to these luminous energies of your own personal sanctuary.
And rest.
So so so so And now prepare to transition.
Feel your body again.
Feel the ground underneath you.
Feel the welcome of space around you.
Take some clear breaths begin to move and stretch.
Allow your eyes to open when they are ready.
Keep your gaze soft as the outside assimilates again.
And gradually gradually bring yourself back.
And step into life refreshed and whole.
So
