Let's begin by getting comfortable.

You may choose to sit or stand.

You may choose to close your eyes or keep it open.

Start by placing both hands on your heart.

The mindful hand practice allows the steady heart and mind connection,

Offering the opportunity to listen to your subtle energy body.

As we shift through the body,

Release any tension around your neck,

Your shoulders,

And your entire body.

Release the tension around your face,

Softening the eyes and your jaw.

Let's move the oxygen around our body and into the flow of the heart.

Begin by taking a deep breath.

Inhale through the diaphragm,

Expanding,

And exhale contracting in through the diaphragm.

Again,

Inhale and exhale.

Take another deep breath.

Inhale through the diaphragm,

Expand,

And exhale contracting.

Continue to follow the natural rhythm of your breathing.

As we do this,

Gently shake your body off any residual stuck energy.

The shaking of the body allows for invigorating and rejuvenating before we start.

Feel the buzzing of the body and let the energy flow through you.

Now imagine yourself as a tree,

Like a pillar on solid ground rooted down,

Deep down the ground into the earth,

Strong and stable.

You may continue to keep your hands on your heart or let it rest on your side.

Breathing and flowing with your heart's rhythm.

The flow circuitry of information coming through your crown,

Down your face,

And down to your heart.

The waves of energy continue down from the crown to your heart.

As we pause to capture the messages,

Sit with it for a moment,

Maintaining a sync with your heart and your body.

Feel the flow of your own rhythm.

Allow yourself to connect deeply.

You may feel the sensations around your head and your upper body.

What is this sensation?

Whatever it is,

This is your own unique buzzing of your electric body and your own connection,

Harmonizing.

What was the message?

How is it weaving through your body?

What are the feelings are you receiving?

Take this cosmic energy and bring it down to your legs,

Going down to the soles of your feet,

Into the ground,

Down the long roots connecting to Mother Earth.

Strong and tall,

Steady and with strength,

Stabilizing.

You are now grounding your body,

Earthy with inspiration and love,

And anything else you may feel at the moment.

Ease and release any leftover tension in your body.

As you feel your legs become stronger,

Feet planted on the ground,

Your body lifted and your spine connecting your entire body with strength.

Now take both hands and place them on your ribs.

With the breath here,

Inhale expanding your diaphragm,

Feeling the connection from your hands to your ribs.

As you exhale contracting in your diaphragm,

Feel the strength of your ribs.

Inhale expanding,

And exhale contracting.

Again inhale expanding,

And exhale contracting.

Set your intention for whatever incoming messages you have received earlier.

Ask it to ground and be discerning for you,

So the truth and the trust in yourself can come through to process in a much easier way and how it is best for you.

Now take your hands and place it on your heart,

And come back to your body.

Feel the subtle energy body buzzing with the sensations.

Feel your body and your toes grounded.

Wiggling your toes and your shoulders and your fingers.

If you have kept your eyes closed,

You may now slowly open them.

Move your body and connect back into your space and your surroundings.

Begin to embrace each day moving forward.
