Welcome to this Be Even Happier Good Morning Meditation.
Thank you so much for being here.
I invite you to close your eyes.
Allow yourself to relax your jaw,
Relax your shoulders,
And be fully present in this moment.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
And when you get to the top,
A nice,
Slow,
Gentle exhale.
Take another long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
All the way in.
And slowly and gently let it go.
Wow.
Another day.
Another day we get to be alive.
Another day our heart beats.
Another day our lungs breathe in air.
Another day to live this life to the fullest.
Happiness is a choice.
We all get to decide which emotion we are giving permission to on each particular day.
So today,
Let's choose to be happy.
What makes you happy?
What brings you joy?
Hold this thought for a moment.
What makes you smile?
Carry this feeling with you through your day.
That feeling of joy,
Peace,
Love,
Lightness,
Contentment.
Starting within your heart space and allow it to radiate outwards.
Feeling that joy,
Peace,
Love,
Lightness in every situation today.
We are going to choose to be happy.
Make the next thought a happy thought.
There is no reason we should not be living this life to the fullest.
Living our days in joy,
In happiness.
Think about a situation today that may be challenging.
Something that you might confront that may be regarded as a challenge.
How will you approach it?
See yourself approaching it with a positive attitude.
Surrender to needing to be right.
Surrender to others opinions.
Commit to seeing the good and for letting all other contributing factors release.
Surrender.
You're handling this day and all challenges with grace.
With ease.
Making light of any conflict or problems.
Because you have survived 100% of your toughest days.
Commit to flipping the script and seeing it all as a blessing,
A gift,
An opportunity to grow.
Release any situations that may have brought to surface a victim mentality.
And override that with confidence,
With conviction,
With belief in yourself and your ability to get through it.
See yourself owning this day from this very moment until you lay your head down at night.
You handle those situations beautifully.
Today is a good day.
Look for situations to lighten someone's day.
Hold the door open.
Smile.
Ask someone how they're doing and really listen.
Be that person that when you enter the room,
People can feel your positive presence and your good vibes.
Do not take this day for granted.
