Either seated or lying down,

And take a moment to bring your awareness to the present moment,

Notice how your body feels as you wake up and greet the new day with openness and positivity.

As the morning sun gently shines upon the world,

Allow yourself to bask in its warmth and inviting glow.

Feel the energy of the Sun infusing every cell of your being,

Awakening your senses and filling you with a renewed sense of vitality and enthusiasm.

Now take a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Release any tension or worries.

Let go of the past and embrace the fresh start that each morning brings.

With each breath you create space for positivity and abundance to flow into your life.

In this very moment there are no responsibilities or tasks demanding your attention.

Just allow yourself to create a blank canvas for this new day,

Free from the clutter of yesterday's thoughts and concerns.

As you breathe in and out,

Gently place your hands on your heart.

Connect with the beating of your heart as the source of life within you.

Feel a sense of gratitude for the gift of another day,

For the opportunity to experience life fully.
