Good morning,

This is your steady start in a world that often feels like it's speeding up.

Before anything pulls on you,

Take a moment to land.

Feel the weight of your body,

Even in stillness you are grounded.

Take a slow deep breath in and exhale softly.

This time of year often brings motion,

Shifting light,

Busier schedules.

But you don't have to move with urgency,

You choose to move with intention.

Notice your feet,

Even if they're still.

Notice the way the earth supports you without asking.

Bring your attention to your spine.

Let it rise softly,

Calm and tall,

Balanced,

Steady,

Present.

Balance isn't about doing more,

It's about meeting the moment as it is.

Now gently repeat to yourself,

I can be steady,

Even as things change.

Take another slow breath.

Inhale,

Feel the fullness of life moving through you.

Exhale,

Let go of tension,

Let go of pressure.

Imagine roots extending from your feet down into the ground.

With each breath,

These roots grow deeper,

Spreading wide,

Anchoring you to something steady.

The winds of change may come,

Seasons may shift,

But roots remain,

You remain.

If your mind begins to race,

Come back here.

Back to the roots.

Back to this breath.

Back to the steady rhythm of now.

Repeat softly inside yourself,

I am rooted.

I am steady.

I am here.

Now imagine a gentle light above your head,

Warm,

Steady,

Nourishing.

It flows down through your body,

Soothing your mind,

Relaxing your shoulders,

Softening your chest and stomach,

Grounding you deeper into yourself.

Notice how your breath feels easier.

Notice how your body feels supported.

Notice how your mind feels clearer.

Life may ask for change,

But you can meet change with calm.

You can meet change with strength.

You can meet change with balance.

Again,

Gently say to yourself,

I can be steady even as things change.

Take a final slow inhalation,

Fill your lungs fully,

And exhale,

Letting everything soften.

As you step into the day ahead,

Carry this sense of grounding with you.

Every breath a reminder of steadiness.

Every step a reminder of balance.

Rooted.

Clear.

Balanced.

You are ready for the day.

Take a deeper awakening breath.

Have a gentle,

Slow,

Full body stretch.

And when you're ready,

Just slowly open your eyes,

Returning to the day.

And as always,

Be gentle with yourself.

This was absolutely perfect for me today! I'm finally finishing a very intensive creative project and will be able to display it tomorrow. In addition, tomorrow will be a follow up health visit to the doctor. By Saturday things should have changed significantly for the better.
