And so as you breathe and you settle and you settle and you breathe,
Just bring yourself back into yourself.
These are very special moments.
They are intense.
The intensity squeezes the awareness and then it releases into new expressions of light.
And just feeling,
Feeling energy.
I just always feel these beautiful moments of very,
Very sacred space for me.
Love them,
Love being together.
All of you,
All of us full of love.
So I want to say thank you first with love and appreciation for being here now.
All together again,
Perhaps in a way,
You know,
There's a slight meaning that we're separated or,
You know,
In human terms,
But we're never really separated,
Are we?
In truth.
I can always feel the joy of this very beautiful and sacred energy of love.
I just want to feel that.
And it's a year that's already started full of love because of you being,
Being yourself ultimately and always having a human experience,
Spiritual being,
Having a human experience.
So let's step deeper together.
Okay.
So I'm not feeling this lovely energy that's come through and just feel it through yourself.
Feel it,
Feel the energy of the circle.
Just take yourself further and further deeper and deeper back into yourself.
Take a few breaths,
Long or short,
Shallow or deep as you feel.
Just being,
Just feeling you're being the feeling and you are feeling your being.
Do you love that?
And you are listening to all that is within you.
We breathe.
And we call upon the sacred invocation light basis of all of life.
I am just felt this big rush of energy.
Oh,
And here it is again.
Lovely.
I am that I am.
I am all that is.
And so it is.
So I just felt my crown chakra open.
You might feel other parts,
Other chakras or the parts of your chakras body,
Energy body,
Whatever.
So feel it's enormous energy.
Here now I am.
I am that I am.
I am all that is.
And so it is.
And this is a way of acknowledging yourself as creative space.
And of course,
To set up determination of this,
Your creative space for this next cycle around us.
So you feel the energy of the sacred invocation.
And here,
When I talk about the energy of feeling,
When I ask,
How do you feel?
I'm actually speaking about awareness and the awareness is the light.
I am.
And the sacred invocation of I am is purely about you self being vibration.
And your vibration is your soul source in your awareness of life here and now.
So we're looking at source energy.
And we're just going to ponder this and I feel the energy built as we are together.
Very important because here and now you're setting the tone of this your next cycle around the sun,
Which in togetherness becomes our next cycle around the sun.
Right?
So individuated aspects of whole,
Which is one.
She's lovely.
And so your vibration becomes your frequency.
And by connecting and being aware of it,
And by being the living awareness of this,
You are pre determining already the tone of your experiences to come.
So you feel this to know this.
To the energy within and around you also.
And so let's now focus on your love.
In the same way that placing a magnifying glass onto anything with the sunlight shining through increases its velocity.
So you sit the attention is focus,
Therefore is on love,
You your love.
And you focus it by feeling it.
You just feel your love.
I am.
I am that I am.
I am all that is.
And so it is and love.
Feel is a feeling.
It's more important is the awareness of this feeling because by being in this awareness,
It becomes that actually is your presence.
That everyone else feels it precedes you when you go into walk into any activity or any experience you are pre setting the energy doesn't follow comes is and it presets everything else too.
Because if you're gardening or you're cooking or you're whatever this vibration this frequency connects with the plants or the flowers or whatever the food is that you are cooking.
And so it is a being.
So this is why we teach the beingness of love.
It is you being in this awareness.
You are the awareness.
You feel this.
And so everything becomes love whether you are feeling it or not because the more you practice the more you become one with this energy.
And so you just increasing velocity by placing attention because love is who you are and how you feel rather than what you do.
You see,
So we're just going to ponder these words of spirit and more important what they mean to you and feel the feeling that is the awareness precedes you.
Tis you as you journey through life and you pray the energy is love which is the energy of creation.
Feel the energy settle it's very,
Very sweet,
Very tender.
And today it's very interesting.
Today is a new moon and it's the first new moon of the cycle.
This cycle around the sun and when spirit called for gathering notice I just felt the energy and I said,
Okay,
Let's do it.
And then later when it was brought to mind that today is a new moon.
I thought,
Oh,
How lovely to feel together.
And so very super powerful in terms of energy and resonance to be together because we're actually growing resonance of what is in terms of love and creative source.
And new moon,
The dark moon,
As we call it,
It's about space,
Empty space is about feeling your way,
Intuiting each step,
What is right for you in the light of the love that you are.
And this is the basis of living with through by your intuition.
Does it feel resonant?
Great or not?
Yeah,
Great.
And then you have a clear choice just by feeling what is your awareness.
And it's lovely to see so many of you that you grow and own this space,
This creative source.
And I've seen just amazing all these lives,
Your lives magnify.
Fantastic.
And so you're being your love and you're working from your love to determine next steps of your journey of life.
So journey,
Which is off and from and in love.
So very,
Very simple and very,
Very clear.
I am.
Okay.
So just feel the energy settled,
More integrated.
Want to just breathe into it,
Want to lift it through deliberate intent.
Breathing always increases velocity.
And feel the sacredness of this inner space here and now and moving forward.
You feel peace.
Feel and you know,
Because your practice that pieces space to space to space and pieces also practice because it's so easy to be caught in the external mesmerization of what is mostly other people's realities.
And then we take these on as our own.
That's holding your strength and in the beauty of space.
I am.
How lovely.
Feel.
And peace too is a feeling.
So therefore it too is an awareness.
Very interesting.
And some lovely,
Wonderful insights.
And appreciations.
We want to feel that energy too.
And you breathe.
And love.
It's always forever interconnected,
Intertwined.
It's the foundation,
The basis of human awareness.
We just hold this.
It's a space,
An eternal desire.
All of life,
Spiritual and material.
That is also you.
I am.
I am that I am.
I am all that is.
And so it is,
I'm just going to breathe,
Invite you also to breathe into your second chakra.
It's come up.
It's a chakra of relationships.
All right.
Don't you just breathe into this now just to enlighten it.
And right now just flag how you feel.
And just feel the awareness that words are energy.
And each word is a dimension within itself.
This is how powerful words are.
Right?
Your words.
And energy is life.
So you just think about this and you feel it too.
And let's now just send the energy of how you feel,
However,
Whatever.
So I send it around the circle.
You can send it from right to left.
We can send it from left to right,
Whatever you feel.
And you see yourself in this circle of light as well.
You are the circle of light.
So different layers here,
The observer and the observed.
However,
You want to see it.
Some will see sacred symbols or shapes or nothing.
And you are this beautiful light.
This is the light of love and you feel this to know it.
And then you own it absolutely.
And so in this way,
You go beyond setting space of this year,
The cycle,
The circle around the sun to being this space.
So your expression,
Fifth chakra.
So we're connecting second and fifth relationships and expressing self.
In the light of such relationships,
We're just working on pure energy.
So the mind is engaged only in following the words and encapsulating and then breathing in to integrate or not.
However you feel.
And this is realization of self as a spiritual being,
Which is love,
Having a human experience.
I am.
And you breathe love.
That is awareness.
That is love is the only concept in life that has no duality.
It just is.
Because in love,
Nothing else exists,
Absolutely nothing.
And so in this space,
Which is focused and at the same time,
Nothing,
Everything aligns as if by magic.
And so at the same time too,
Your inner strength requires everything to align to this,
Your inner space,
Your inner being,
Which is magical you.
I am.
And so it is.
It's very good.
We want to take the attention now.
Still a bit more chakra work is you place the attention to the seventh chakra,
Right?
The seat of your soul now your human chakra system also represents the different layers or dimensions of life.
So place the attention.
To the crown seat of your soul,
Seven chakra.
And in this space,
You feel how you feel,
There's a lot of energy now in this circle,
So you can breathe this also into you.
And as you breathe it out,
You're breathing into the circle.
So you're working different layers,
Different dimensions.
And the hurry.
You want to let go,
You can just like just float in space.
That's also wonderful.
And here in the seventh chakra,
Memories might arise here and now for you,
You might feel like being sacred space of nothing or nothing and memories,
Whatever.
However you feel that is important to you.
And the seat of your soul is representative of your inner reality.
And you remember here and now that only your inner reality is real.
So in the field of infinite potential from which everything is possible,
You just place your attention to it,
To energize it.
And when you've looked at it enough.
And you will feel when this is so you express it.
However,
It's best for you therefore,
And thereby you're bringing it from the field of infinite potential to your external world to be experienced.
And it's all about resonance,
Vibrational resonance,
Which becomes frequency.
I am.
So now you want to bring the attention from seventh chakra,
Want to bring it to your base chakra,
Which is the seat of your foundational energy,
Which is the structure of life.
And you breathe in and you breathe out.
And you just want to feel the difference in the vibration of both chakras.
Right now,
At the same time,
You might just want to be in that space and do nothing just to be and allow what needs to rise to rise.
And so you feel,
Which is the same as the concept as spirit calls.
You see?
Okay,
So it's very lovely now,
Very settled.
So you move your attention between these chakras to get a good feel of each resonance.
Because each chakra,
Each dimension has a slightly different vibration.
What we want to do is to bring the two together.
We feel that's good.
I feel some of you already actually to expand even beyond where you are now.
So we're just going to breathe into that.
We want it to be natural because when it's natural,
It means you're ready.
And then it becomes permanent.
That's nice.
And you feel how you feel in the immaterial world,
Seventh chakra,
And then the material world,
Which is your base chakra,
And then everything in between.
We're just setting,
Pre-setting space.
How wonderful I am.
Would you breathe?
Just take your time.
There's never any hurry in spirit,
Which is the inner planes and this application in the external planes.
There's no time.
There's any rhythm.
And so you breathe,
Which is the awareness of all that is.
And of course,
Spirit calling.
You just feel how you feel.
This is pure presence,
Which is you.
It's creative spark.
It's light.
And most of all,
It is love.
Lovely.
And now you place your attention in your heart chakra.
And you might want to place your left hand on it,
Too.
Which is wonderful or not.
And you just feel your desire.
And the ultimate desire is to be loved and to be loved.
I just want to feel this as an energy.
And now you breathe into it.
That's you.
I feel really hot.
There's a lot of energy in the circle.
It's moving.
And at the same time,
The base is very,
Very still.
Just want to just put your hand there,
If you want.
Just want to breathe into the hand.
There's been quite a lot going on,
I know,
For a lot of you.
That's okay.
Sacred space.
I am.
I am that I am.
I am all that is.
And so it is.
Just feel.
And now we want to join all three chakras together,
Just by breathing.
And by placing your attention on where you wish it to be.
So we're going to start.
We've started by breathing into the heart chakra.
And then we're going to move the attention up to the crown chakra.
And then you bring it to the base chakra,
Which is the lower,
That's the base of your spine.
So heart,
Crown,
And then the base of spine.
Fourth chakra,
Seventh and first.
So we're just creating a movement of light.
That's a pattern that you're forming.
Just going to breathe that.
You might feel also that your guidance is showing you a different patterning.
Go with that,
Whatever.
Just follow your guidance.
That's always the first rule of the universe.
And now what we've been called to do is at the tip of each shoulder we have some secondary chakras.
So we just want to just join the two together just by placing the attention.
So we've got one symbol moving up and then down or however.
And then we've got another one that's going horizontal.
And that represents the balance within you of light and dark.
And the divine masculine,
The divine feminine,
The intuition and the thought,
The intellect.
So it's both.
We're just breathing and feeling.
And following your guidance and you feel how you feel.
And we're going to anchor again now to the second chakra,
Which is,
As we've said before,
The base of all your relationships,
Which includes of course your relationship with yourself.
And if you want to place your left hand there just underneath the navel,
That's great too.
If you don't want to,
That's also fine.
You feel and decide if you're moved to do such and such.
And then if you want,
Just breathe into it,
Whatever sacred space.
And you want to energize all of these as symbols,
Movements,
Patterns within the body,
Because life follows energy.
The energy doesn't follow life.
Life is energy.
We're pre-setting.
So we're pre-setting the space of all your relationships from unconditional love outwards,
Networking that outwards.
It's the source of love.
So everything will always return here.
We just want it to be a little bit less of a bumpy journey.
And so we just breathe.
Love of course is essentially you.
I am.
I am that I am.
And as you are in this space,
You look to see with the inner eye,
Which is your sixth chakra,
Or you feel those,
The energy,
You might get visions,
You might just feel the energy.
Those who've come up now in this space to receive love from you.
And it can be anyone,
Doesn't have to be your loved ones.
And it can also include those basis of expressions,
Which are the opportunities,
The experiences,
The business,
Whatever it is that you're seeking to energize.
So we're just bringing them up now.
And we're just sending by breathing into them,
The energy of love.
So anyone or anything who wishes or needs to receive from you,
And at the same time that you wish or need in fact,
We don't have a need,
But you wish to,
To send to them.
And because you're sending in the in-breath and the out-breath of the universe,
You will also receive simple,
Wonderful,
Open,
Caring,
Sharing,
Just feel these energies,
Compassionate,
Understanding,
Listening,
All of the above individually.
And together you feel this.
And by seeing all that is in your inner eye,
You feel their energy too.
And the energy of all that is so individuated layers,
But also one layer,
The whole one you're connecting with them,
Aligning with them.
That's your space,
Your experience.
And so therefore this is your creative force moving forward together in the same space and the same frequency.
It's very,
Very simple.
And you breathe.
I am.
I am that I am.
I am all that is.
And so it is.
And just you feel and you be.
And you feel to know you're a messaging from spirit.
Whatever is singing to your soul is a frequency.
Because here and now you are in this moment of tenderness,
Of absolute clarity.
There are no emotions to foggy the mind from clarity.
You're completely,
Absolutely open.
To these messages and all of your sacred space is preset infused.
It is now your presence love.
And in this space,
Absolutely you are peace.
So you just flag all of this and then you release it.
And you continue to float secure in your being.
Knowing who you are and where you come from,
Which is a far,
Far away place from beyond the stars.
Truly magical.
And yet at the same time,
It is nowhere at all.
And you're okay with all of that.
I am.
I am that I am.
I am all that is.
And so it is.

I would just stay there and float and feel and be one presence.
The God in me sees the God in you.
The light in me is the light in you.

Just going to breathe with you for a few more moments.
And then I return you to your own clear space.
