Welcome your anger to burn it away.
In first part of this practice you will learn how and why to process anger and in second part we'll embody these lessons through meditation practice.
If you avoid anger or resist it or act on it then what happens is anger rules you and enslaves you.
This causes more drama and energy drain.
Because anger is low vibration energy.
It's 160 according to levels of energy by Friedrich Dotson.
And anger is good in a sense that it's lot better than worry at hundred and shame at thirty.
So if you can get yourself up to anger you can get out of fear and shame and worry and that's not great.
You don't want to be staying there because eventually you actually want to be energized.
Why?
Because energy is capacity to do work.
And that's according to Newtonian physics.
So low energy means low capacity and probably less results in your life.
So I imagine if you watch this video or listen to this meditation then you want to be effective and achieve more in your life.
So what's the way out is to accept love and embrace your anger so you can master it.
And you master it by observing it,
Remembering who you truly are.
And this is exactly what we will do in this soul activation.
You will learn how to burn your anger away and process it in a sustainable manner by first and foremost stopping recreating it.
Because you can only experience anger for sustained time if something within you either consciously or subconsciously is recreating it.
Because anger moves in your body,
You have an impulse,
It leaves in 90 seconds.
However,
If you keep feeling anger in your body then something's recreating it.
And that's what you want to do.
That's our first step.
That's what we want to do.
We want to make sure our mind is not creating more of it by simply putting our attention elsewhere in our body.
Then we want to make sure anger is allowed to move freely through our body.
We don't want to resist it,
We don't want to force it,
We don't want to do.
.
.
Actually we want to do.
.
.
It won't want to do anything with it.
We just allow it to move.
We allow it to move and shake.
And if our body needs to move,
We encourage that.
If your body needs to shake,
We encourage that.
So allow yourself to really be in movement,
In feelings,
Physically and emotionally.
And then we aim for higher states of energy,
Like neutral or courage.
And of course anger often is called to action.
So we want to acknowledge the gift that anger is bringing us by really embracing it and asking it,
Like,
What do you want?
Like,
What's the desire behind it?
And as we go through the practice,
We acknowledge the action as it is and then we purify it until it feels at least neutral,
Or loving,
Or fun,
Or joyous.
So those are really higher vibrations.
So yes,
Anger will come with action.
However if you act on it,
On the anger,
It usually comes with negative consequences.
I don't recommend that.
I recommend purifying it till at least neutral and then it comes with neutral consequences.
And first of this part of this technique will be taking anger out of your body.
And once it's also outside of our body,
We can observe it and we can deal with it.
We can have face-to-face conversation with it and we can also let it go,
Release it,
Burn it up.
And that's what we're going to do.
So let's get started.
Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this practice.
Relax your body,
Feel at ease.
Feel free to keep your eyes open or closed.
Feel free to move,
Shake your body throughout this whole practice.
Allow energy to flow.
Moving and shaking does not remove relaxation.
So after doing every movement,
Allow the movement to bring you in more ease,
More relaxation,
More peace.
And start by calming your mind and bring your mind's eye towards your body.
Observe the feelings and allow them to flow.
Allow emotions to flow.
Allow your body to move or stay still.
One is not better than the other.
Just allow and observe.
Pay attention to your breath and keep your attention back and keep bringing it back to your breath,
To your heart.
And keep breathing out any discomfort,
Any tension out of your body.
And you may start visualizing anger draining out of your body,
Coming out,
Maybe a smoke screen,
Maybe a dense fog coming out of your body and collecting like in a ball in front of you.
Start pulling it out,
Allow it to come out.
And release with every breath and notice.
Allow your body to be at more ease with each breath.
You may create a force field between you and the anger and or any emotion drawn out on your body.
You may start compacting these emotions,
These energies into a tiny ball in front of you.
Keep it contained in front of you.
You may continue allowing any energy to flow out from your body and keep compacting it into this ball.
And as this happens,
Keep bringing your attention back to your breath,
Back to your heart,
Allowing with each breath more relaxation,
More ease,
Knowing that you are safe,
Allowing to be at peace in your heart,
In pure place in your heart.
And as you observe this ball in front of you,
You may ask it,
What do you want?
What's your purpose?
What's your loving kind action behind you?
And listen and feel.
As you receive the answers,
You may be curious to purification of these answers.
Allow yourself to feel gratitude for receiving these answers.
And curiosity for how are they in the best interests of all?
What is the win-win behind this information just received?
Feel and appreciate.
Keep breathing.
And as you breathe,
You may start feeling violet fire coming from the bottom and showering down from the top.
Really feel yourself bathing in this violet fire and see this ball of anger in front of you also showering and burning up in this violet fire.
See and feel this anger dissolve and burn up,
Get purified and return back and down to the earth.
Really feel your anger finding safe and nurturing home in deep core of the earth.
See the ball going down and down and disappear and disintegrate.
Nurturing the earth.
Feel more free.
Feel more at ease.
Release and allow any excess anger emotion to go down into earth,
Purify,
Disintegrate,
Dissolve.
You may cut any cords between this anger and you.
You may see force field blasting from pure place in your heart,
Purifying,
Cutting,
Disintegrating any attachment between you and this ball which is already disintegrated.
You are free.
You have let go.
All that remains is you,
Your soul and desire to take some action,
Pure action,
From pure place in your heart.
Release,
Let go.
You may repeat this action of releasing this anger from your body into a ball,
Into shape in front of you,
Compacting it,
Seeing the separate,
Disconnecting yourself from this ball and then bathing yourself and this ball into violet fire again and again till you feel clean and till you feel this anger being purified,
Disintegrated and returned back to its home in deep core of the earth.
You may repeat this process and again and again as many times as you like,
Seeing anger disappear,
Freeing,
Disconnected.
You may ask it,
You may connect to it and disconnect from it at any point you wish.
Disconnect from all the anger you release,
Connect with your heart,
With the pure place in your heart.
Let's do it one more time.
Release deeply,
See any excess energies you're aware and not aware from your conscious and subconscious mind,
Leaving your body,
Mind and heart and gathering in this compact ball in front of you.
And as it gathers,
Feel separation between you and this anger.
You may disconnect yourself from this anger completely and have a conversation,
Ask it for what it wants,
Ask it what does it truly care about.
Receive the answer without any judgment or need to act on it,
Just allow yourself to receive.

And as you receive the answer,
You may disconnect from anger again and feel bathing yourself in violet fire from top and bottom.
Feel the anger being bathed as well and see it dropping down and down into the core of the earth and being disintegrated,
Purified and nurturing the mother earth.

Connect with your heart and integrate any lessons,
Any desires you may have received.

Repeat this process again and again until you feel clear and then get ready and take the pure action from place of love and gratitude.
