Slowly closing your eyes and tune into your breath,
Breathing a bit more deeply,
Relaxing with the slow and the long rhythm of your in-breath and out-breath.
Now repeat the affirmations,
Your mantras after me to become aware of your presence and true essence.

Give yourself permission to feel the power of the words.
