Good morning dear one,

Allow yourself to be comfortable,

Softly close your eyes,

Welcoming this day with your smile.

Become aware of your in-breath and out-breath and exhale,

Release.

Let's cultivate gratitude for the blessings in your life.

You can repeat the statements silently in your mind or out loud after me.

Just for today,

I will be grateful.

Grateful for the blessings in my life.

Grateful for the blessing of this beautiful day.

Just for today,

I will appreciate the joy within me,

The simple joys around me,

The joy that is me.

Just for today,

I am grateful for the lessons of my life,

For the abundance that flows into my life,

For the blessings,

Positivity and good things.

Just for today,

I let go of my worries and fears.

I embrace my best self.

I am at peace with my life.

Just for today,

I will see every opportunity as a blessing.

I embrace each moment as a gift,

And I embrace the most precious blessing in my life,

That is me.

Beautiful.

Now,

If you can,

Bring your palms into prayer hands in front of your heart,

Feeling the energy of gratitude in your palms,

Filling your heart and your whole body with gratitude.

Now relax your palms,

Breathe in gratitude,

Open your eyes.

Notice the world around you.

You carry the energy of gratitude throughout your day.
