This morning meditation will help you to start your day more peacefully with beautiful deep breathing, conscious breathing with positive affirmations written by my student Carrie Hart. Good morning dear one,

Welcoming this new day with a gentle movement of your body,

Slowly stretching with more presence and relaxation for a few moments.

Now,

Allowing yourself to be comfortable in a seated position with your spine straight,

Shoulders relaxed,

Your palms resting on the laps facing open,

Slowly closing your eyes and smiling like a sunshine.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Bring your awareness into your breath,

Breathing deeply and slowly,

Embracing the slow rhythm of your breath,

Relaxing you with each breath.

Now,

Along with breathing,

Become aware of the affirmations in your mind,

Breathing in peace,

Breathing out I am peace,

Breathing in peace,

Breathing out I am peace,

Breathing in peace,

Breathing out I am peace.

Keep breathing with this awareness,

Every breath is filling your whole being with peace.

Now,

Breathing in inner presence,

Breathing out I am present in the moment,

Breathing in inner presence,

I am present in the moment,

Breathing in inner presence,

Breathing in inner presence,

Breathing out I am present in the moment.

Embracing your inner presence and being fully here in this moment.

Now,

Breathing in calmness,

Breathing out I am calm,

Breathing in calmness,

I am calm,

Breathing in calmness,

Breathing out I am calm,

Feeling more calm and embrace the feeling of calmness in your body,

In your body,

In your mind,

And in your heart.

Now,

Breathing in harmony,

Breathing out I embrace my day with peace and harmony,

Breathing in harmony,

I embrace my day with peace and harmony,

Breathing in harmony,

I embrace my day with peace and harmony.

Now,

This moment is filled with harmony,

Embracing the energy of peace and harmony flow into every cell of your being.

Now,

Reflecting on how beautiful it feels to live with peace and harmony,

How beautiful it feels to live with peace and harmony.

Now,

Imagining a white sphere of light in your heart chakra,

Emanating peace and harmony into the world around you.

Now,

Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.

Two more times,

Deep breath in,

Breathing out slowly,

Deep breath in,

And breathe out slowly.

Now,

Allowing the sacred peace energy to be with you wherever you go today.

Slowly roll your shoulders,

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

And open your eyes to the world around you.

You are peace and may your day be filled with peace and harmony.
