Hi,

I'm Bassem.

Thank you for joining me.

Wherever you are,

Whatever time zone it is for you,

I hope that you are in good spirits.

And if you are joining me for the first time,

Glad to have you with us.

I have in mind tonight a 30-minute meditation followed by a little sharing and integration in the hope that we may be able to elevate our individual and collective energy.

We've talked about the importance of our vibration,

Our frequency,

And tonight we're going to have a little practice to do the work.

It's going to be a guided semi-visualization meditation.

We often hear about the power of positivity,

The law of attraction,

And the energy we put out into the world.

Our intentions,

Combined with our thoughts and feelings,

Create our reality.

Our vibrational frequency is the energy that we output.

It's a subtle but powerful signal that we send out into the universe.

It has a profound impact on the experiences and the people that we attract into our lives.

There's the saying,

As above,

So below.

We can also say,

As within,

So without.

What we see and what we experience is our projected reality,

Mentally projected,

Interpreted,

Perceived.

The good news is that it's possible to raise our vibrational frequency.

And in just doing this one thing,

We can align with higher states of consciousness,

Higher dimensions,

If you will,

And positive energy.

Dimensions are not places.

They are just higher or lower points of view.

A dimension is a point of view.

Consciousness is a point of view.

It can be heightened or it can be lowered.

You can think of consciousness,

In fact,

As a light with a dimmer switch that you can tweak up,

Increasing the light,

Or turn down,

Decreasing the light.

We increase our consciousness,

Or turn up our consciousness,

Our light,

By being more present.

It's possible to raise our vibrational frequency by intensifying our consciousness,

Or raising our consciousness.

And we can raise our consciousness by being more present.

The question is,

How can we be more present?

Most of us need a technique that trains us to recognize what being present looks like as a lived experience,

Not as an idea.

When we raise our vibrational frequency,

We become like magnets effortlessly drawing to us the opportunities,

The connections,

Experiences,

People that correspond exactly with our new frequency.

This is one of the reasons why meditation is such a profound practice.

It works directly on raising your vibration,

On elevating your consciousness,

Simply by you turning,

Or turning inward of your attention from outside,

Inside.

By doing that,

The attention that was going out is now coming back in.

And as it comes in,

There's a feeling that the energies are consolidating within.

It's like condensing energy,

Tighter,

Tighter,

Tighter within your being.

You become inwardly focused,

Like a pinpoint.

Your eyes are open,

You're looking out,

But you are feeling anchored in that still point of being,

Which we call the eye,

Which we can also call our conscious core.

The I am is the conscious background of our experience,

And it is an aware background.

This you turning of our attention allows us to transform and elevate our experience.

Our energies that were going outside,

Now they're coming back inside.

So a meditation technique calls back our attention,

Calls back our energies,

And as they come backward,

They consolidate,

Deepen,

Deepen,

Deepen.

This shift allows also the lower energies,

Like fear,

Like doubt,

Negativity,

That had been trapping us in the lower experience,

That had been causing us to be stuck in the struggle and discontent of our life,

That is directly correlated to our inner frequency,

And allows all that to drop,

And we feel liberated as our vibration rises.

As our consciousness experience elevates,

We feel surrendered from that lower.

To loosen the grip of the lower,

You aspire for the higher,

And you aspire by raising your consciousness,

And you raise your consciousness by calling back your outwardly focused energy.

This shift then allows us to open ourselves to joy,

To abundance,

To meaningful connections,

Not because we are trying to,

But simply by raising our consciousness,

We begin to attract different experiences.

We begin to see the world in a different way,

The same way that if you turn up a light in a room,

You begin to see more.

By raising our vibrational frequency,

We unlock the potential for a higher life.

The quality of our thinking is equal to the level of our consciousness.

If you raise the level of consciousness,

You literally instigate or bring about a change in your reality.

Find a comfortable place that you can sit for a while.

I'm going to guide you on a visualization meditation.

Close your eyes,

And just start to become aware of the fact of your being in space and time.

And now together,

Take three deep breaths through the nose,

Inhaling deeply,

Then exhaling slowly and completely at your own pace.

Allow the exhale to fully release,

And again,

Notice the change in your inner climate,

Tinglings and vibrations in the body,

Whatever it is,

Simply notice as you allow the breath to come back to natural,

Without any control of it,

Allow yourself to have the attitude of a beginner.

Imagine that above your head,

There is a radiant and glowing light that represents your current vibrational frequency.

This light may have a color,

This light may have a texture,

Whatever it is,

Take your time to just notice,

And as you notice,

You might also notice sensation at the crown of your head,

Some tinglings there,

Whatever it is,

Simply notice this light,

Whatever color it may be,

Whatever texture it may be,

Gradually this light is intensifying,

Maybe growing brighter,

Simply notice,

With each inhale,

The light becomes more vibrant and begins to spread its warmth downward to touch your face,

Your face is somehow allowed to soften without effort,

As you breathe in,

The light intensifies,

And as you breathe out,

You release your tension,

Your lower frequencies,

As your body breathes you,

You feel the warmth of this light,

And as you breathe out,

You feel the tensions releasing,

And now,

You notice that this light is also descending down to your neck,

Warming the front,

Where your throat is,

Warming the sides,

And warming the back of your neck,

As you breathe in,

You draw in this lightness of being,

And as you breathe out,

You release your tension,

And then you notice this energy,

This light,

Also dropping down to your upper chest and the back,

Shoulders and upper back,

Just feeling that area,

If you cannot see the light,

It's not important,

The important is that you feel and bring your attention down to that area,

Chest,

The back of the chest,

That is your upper back,

The sides,

That are your upper arms and shoulders,

Breathing in the warmth,

And releasing the tension,

And then you move down to your abdomen,

The front of your belly,

The back of your belly,

Which we call the lower back,

And the sides,

Where the elbows also are,

And the arms,

And just feeling this radiant light increasing in space and time,

As you inhale and feel the warmth of it in that section,

And then releasing all the tensions in that area as you breathe out,

Noticing the lightness that you experience,

And then we move down to the pelvis region,

The bums,

The pubic bone in the front,

That section,

Inhaling deeply,

Feeling the radiance of that area,

And then breathing out with your attention in that area,

Your body now is being entirely enveloped in this radiant light,

From the top of your head to your pelvis region,

As we continue to move our way down to the upper legs,

Down to the knees,

The upper legs in the front,

The sides,

And the back,

Inhaling into that region and feeling the radiance,

Feel the lightness of that area,

Move down to your knees,

And sides of the knees,

Glowing in this radiant light,

Breathing,

And releasing,

And then down between your knees and your ankles,

There's the lower legs,

The shins in the front,

Calves in the back,

The sides of the legs,

Radiating in this glow of light,

Breathing in,

It intensifies,

Breathing out,

It releases,

And then from here,

Come down to your feet,

Feeling the feet,

The soles of the feet,

And the ankles,

And breathing deeply into that area,

Feel the glow of light radiating,

And now,

The whole body is entirely enveloped in this radiant light,

To the best of your ability,

From the top of your head to the tips of your toes,

Know that you are wrapped in this vibrational field of energy,

Immersed in a sea of vibrational light,

Yes,

You are aware of your thinking,

But just for now,

You are paying more attention to your feeling,

And with this newfound energy,

Whether you are aware of it or not,

Naturally beginning to attract and experience opportunities,

Like-minded people that are correlated with this new change of energy,

With this growing feeling of calmness and stillness,

Put the following question to yourself,

What specific positive experiences or connections are you looking for in your life right now?

Just ask,

What specific positive experiences or connections would you welcome?

And with that,

For a moment or so,

We're going to be quiet to allow this question to deepen.

What positive experience or connection would I welcome?

And as I let this question suspend in the vacuum of my being,

My body remains soft and open,

Experiencing the lightness of my being.

Whatever it is,

Just be there with it.

You may have a picture or a vision or an idea.

Simply observe.

Meanwhile,

The body is taking this wonderful opportunity to unwind,

To let go,

Discard it.

And as your intentions unfold,

Know that these experiences and connections are beginning to manifest in your life.

And with that knowing,

Repeat within yourself,

It is so,

And I am ever grateful.

Whether you believe or not is irrelevant,

For life is already beginning to match your new frequency with the positive experiences and opportunities that are aligned with your intent.

It is so,

And I am ever grateful.

And with that knowing,

Feel the joy,

Feel the gratitude,

Feel the positivity that comes from the knowing that you are becoming a magnet of abundance.

You are doing what you can to raise your vibrational frequency,

Your highest good for the good of all.

May all beings be abundant.

May all beings be happy.

It is so,

And I am ever grateful.

The universe is already at work manifesting your intention.

And now,

For five minutes or so,

I'm going to stay in this elevated lightness of being.

It is safe for me to be myself.

It is so,

And I am ever grateful.

As I slowly bring my awareness back to my surroundings,

I determine to try to stay centered in this feeling.
