Find a comfortable seated position or lying down and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale out through your mouth.
Let's become present in this moment and begin.
Start by focusing on your breath.
Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.
As you inhale,
Feel the cool air filling your lungs,
Filling your body,
And energizing your cells.
With each breath,
You are breathing in positive energy and you are exhaling negativity or stress.
Breathing in positive energy and breathing out negativity.
Today is a new day.
You have the control of making today whatever you want it to be.
You control your choices.
You control your mindset.
You control your day.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Continue focusing on your breath for a few more moments.
Now bring your attention to the center of your chest where your heart is located.
Your heart is beating for you each and every day.
Imagine a warm glowing light growing from your heart center and spreading throughout your body.
This light represents your inner strength and resilience.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Repeat the following mantra to yourself.
I let each day be what it needs to be.

This mantra reminds you to let go of any expectations or attachments to outcomes and to trust that everything will work out for you and your highest good.
Believe it.

Take a moment to visualize yourself floating through the day with grace and ease.
There may be obstacles that you come upon.
So imagine yourself interacting with them.
Then letting the moment go and you just keep going.
Nothing is holding you back.
Nothing is holding on to you.
You are free to be today.
Breathe in and breathe out.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Bring your attention back to your heart center.
Imagine the warmth,
The glowing light expanding beyond your body and reaching out into the world around you.
See yourself radiating positivity and love to all of those you interact with.
The more you share the love,
The more you will receive it in return.
Open your mind and open your heart to new loving opportunities today.
