The ultimate goal of having clear,
Open,
And balanced energy is to be connected to the universe through your crown chakra,
But also be grounded and present in your physical reality while you are here on earth.
This meditation opens and illuminates all of your energy centers so that you may be a clear and perfect channel for vibrant physical health,
Even and balanced emotions,
And strong connection to spirit.
Let's begin now by finding a comfortable seated meditation posture with the spine elongated and the crown reaching gently toward the sky.
Gently close your eyes and begin following your breath,
Inhaling and exhaling through the nose.
Notice how it feels to breathe in this moment.
And now I invite you to take three healing breaths,
Visualizing a beautiful white light coming into your being,
Pausing and holding the light in,
And then slowly exhaling out anything that no longer serves you at this time.
Take two more breaths in this way,
Beginning now to soften your physical body,
Consciously releasing any tension or holding that you feel in the muscles,
The joints,
And even your organs,
Allowing the body to become soft and still.
And now starting to let go of your mind and all of the different roles that you play in your life.
And as you release all of those roles,
You release all of the stories that go along with each one of those roles,
Not having to be any one of them in this moment.
In releasing your physical body and your mind with all the roles and stories of your life,
You release the parts of yourself that are temporary to this lifetime and create more space to connect to the part of you that is infinite.
This is your higher self,
The true essence of your soul.
And from this place,
I'd like you to bring your awareness to your root chakra at the base of your spine,
And I'd like you to visualize that there is a light switch located at your root chakra.
I'd like you to turn that light switch on,
And when you do,
Visualize a radiant red light spiraling out of this space down toward the earth.
And as this red light radiates,
It opens this energy center,
Allowing you to feel grounded,
Present,
And connected to the energy of Mother Earth.
There's a deep sense of knowing that you are safe and supported in the physical world.
And moving up now to your sacral chakra just below the navel,
Visualizing a light switch in that space and turning it on.
And as you do,
Seeing a glowing orange light spiraling out of this energy center off the front and the back of your body.
And as this orange light glows off the front and the back of your body,
It opens this energy center,
Allowing you to experience the divine creator within you.
There is a sense of freedom,
Joy,
And playfulness as you recognize that you can create whichever reality you desire.
And moving up now to your solar plexus chakra between the breastbone and the navel,
Visualizing a light switch in this space and turning that light switch on.
And when you do,
Seeing a vibrant yellow light spiraling off the front and the back of your body.
And as this yellow light shines out of this space like rays of the sun,
It opens this energy center,
Releasing fear and insecurity,
And welcoming confidence,
Strength,
And personal power.
Moving up now to the heart chakra in the center of the chest,
And visualizing a light switch in this space.
You turn that light switch on,
And as you do,
A glowing green light spirals out of your chest and off the front and the back of your body.
And as this green light glows from your heart,
You feel this energy center opening.
You notice sadness,
Loneliness,
And loss releasing,
Creating more space for love,
Gratitude,
Compassion,
And connection,
Not just toward others,
But toward yourself as well.
And moving up now to the throat chakra,
Located at the center of your throat,
And visualizing a light switch in this space.
Turning that light switch on now,
And seeing a beautiful blue light spiraling off the front of your throat and the back of your neck.
And as this beautiful blue light glows out from this space,
It opens this energy center allowing you to communicate your truth clearly,
Confidently,
And lovingly.
Moving up now to your third eye chakra,
The space between your eyebrows,
And visualizing a light switch in this space.
Turning that light switch on now,
And seeing a radiant indigo light spiraling out of this space.
And as this indigo light radiates out,
You open your third eye to see your truth,
Trusting your intuition,
And allowing it to clearly connect you to your authentic and infinite self.
And finally,
Bringing your attention now to the crown chakra,
On the top of your head.
Visualizing a light switch in this space,
And turning this light switch on.
And as you turn this light switch on,
You see a beautiful violet light spiraling out of this space,
Directly connecting you to the divine source of the universe.
Connecting you to God.
Connecting you to the spirit world.
Connecting you to heaven.
Keeping this energy center open to receiving the divine wisdom of the universe,
And allowing it to move through your entire being.
And now,
Just taking a moment to notice how it feels to have all of your energy centers open and illuminated.
Experiencing yourself as a vibrant and radiant being of light and love.
And so slowly,
Starting to follow your breath again.
Feeling the rise and the fall of your chest.
Starting to come back into the physical body now.
Becoming aware of your hands and your feet,
Your arms and your legs,
Your torso and your chest,
Your neck and your head.
And when you're ready,
Slowly and gently opening your eyes halfway first,
Before fully opening them,
Coming back into the present moment cleansed,
Balanced,
Connected and refreshed.
