In 2017, Brad committed to a regular meditation practice after completing the 10-week Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) course. This pivotal experience deepened his dedication, leading him to participate in a variety of workshops and further his training. In 2024, Brad earned his Meditation Teacher Training in Mindfulness and Compassion from The Path, solidifying his expertise. As the voice behind B Syde, Brad is driven by a belief in the transformative power of meditation. He is passionate about sharing this practice with others, seeing meditation as a catalyst for positive social change and radical self-development. By teaching and guiding others, Brad hopes to soften the hard edges of humanity and inspire a more compassionate world. His personal journey includes a continuous pursuit of peace and healing from a community impacted by addiction, trauma, and abuse. Through meditation, Brad strives to find balance and resilience. Brad identifies as a white, cisgender, gay man who uses he/him pronouns.
