This practice is to help relieve sore and pain in our neck and shoulders. We bring in the purest state of love light from the Universe to the areas with physical discomfort. The background music is Alchemy crystal singing bowl tuned at 432Hz, the frequency which synchronizes with the sound of nature, giving you a beautiful audio experience.

Please find a comfortable place,

Sit down,

Sit up straight,

Close your eyes,

Relax.

Let's begin by taking some deep breaths.

Inhale through your nose,

Exhale through your mouth.

With each exhale we release all the stress of today.

Now at your own pace please take three deep breaths.

Next let's focus on our neck and shoulders.

How does it feel?

Is there any discomfort,

Sore or pain?

Acknowledge any physical discomfort you have in your neck and shoulders.

In your mind let's greet these body parts.

I hear you.

You have worked very hard.

Thank you.

Now adjust your sitting posture.

Relax your entire body.

Relax your facial expressions.

Drop your shoulders.

Lengthen your neck.

There's a lot of space between your ears and shoulders.

Can you feel that?

Keep breathing slowly in and out through your nose.

Today we heal our neck and shoulders.

In your next breath we direct our love to every single cell in our neck and shoulders.

Breathe in.

Imagine a warm golden bright light at the crown of your head.

The light passes through your body from the top down,

Through your head,

Reaching the third eye,

Left and right eyes,

Left and right ears,

Your nose,

Your mouth.

The golden light goes all the way down to your neck,

Left and right shoulders,

Your heart,

The entire spine and to your legs,

Wrapping around the bottom of your feet.

As you breathe out release all the stress in your body.

Let go all negative energies.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Do it slowly.

There's no rush.

With each exhale remind yourself to relax your shoulders more.

Continue to breathe slowly and consciously.

Feel the golden light from the crown chakra spreading throughout the body,

Especially on your neck and shoulders,

Completely enveloped by the pure light 360 degrees.

Warm,

Gentle,

Comfortable and full of love.

Melting,

Loosening up the once very stiff and tense muscles.

Your whole body now is becoming softer and softer like a marshmallow.

Keep sitting upright yet very relaxed.

Put down your shoulders,

Your neck being very long.

Feel that there's a lot of space between your ears and shoulders.

It feels so nice,

Light and comfortable.

Continue to breathe slowly and consciously.

Enjoy the process.

Your entire body is filled with love light.

We heal ourselves.

We heal every inch of our skin,

Every blood vessel,

Every body cell,

Every strand of our DNA.

You feel very relaxed and remember this sensation.

After the practice in your everyday life,

Remind yourself as often as you can to lower your shoulders.

Breathe slowly.

Inhale the purest golden light from the universe.

Feel it flowing into your body through the crown chakra.

Focus on your neck and shoulders.

Make them glow with love and enjoy the moments of warmth and comfort.

Smile from within.

You did really well.

Slowly open your eyes.

Look around.

Move your body.

Turn your shoulders.

Stretch your arms and legs.

Remember to drink a lot of water to allow the energy to flow better.

And before you sleep tonight,

Talk to your higher self.

Please continue to heal my neck and shoulders while I sleep.

Thank you.

Then trust that you will heal yourself.
