Passionate about helping others to inhabit their truest self, Ceri is committed to guiding people to cultivate present moment awareness in order to live life more fully, and to embrace their inner worth. Her journey as a teacher began with her 400 hour Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Training, and has since been a student of many great teachers in the Buddhist lineages. She has studied and trained extensively and is am a certified Compassion Facilitator, Therapeutic Guided Imagery Facilitator, Reiki Practitioner, and Sensory Meditation and Mindfulness Facilitator for children. She has also completed The Science of Well Being from Yale University and is a Certified Yoga Teacher. Her work today is born of her personal experience and learnings, and her practice is rooted deeply in neuroscience and the truth of her own story.
