Chanti brings over 15 years of exploration in graceful motion, guided by the question “what serves you?” With a foundation spanning Taekwondo, Yoga, CrossFit, swimming, running, netball, water polo, and embodied movement, she offers a rich palette of movement practices. Driven by a deep curiosity in anatomy and psychology, she has spent countless hours studying how body and mind inform each other.
