Taking some time to settle down and make yourself comfortable.
I'm going to invite you to do a quick body scan down through the muscles and allow yourself to relax as you do so.
Guiding down through the face,
The neck,
Down into the shoulders,
A nice big shoulder roll here and relax.
Bringing your awareness down through the arms,
Down through the wrists,
Down into the hands and relax.
Down the spine,
Through the chest,
Softening the ribs,
Down into the stomach and relax.
Down through the hips,
Your pelvic bowl,
Down your legs,
Down into your feet.
Relax.
Taking deeper and deeper into relaxation.
In this heavy,
Relaxed state,
Your muscles can recharge and rebuild much quicker than normal.
Visualise now your muscles recharging as you relax.
What colour would the recharging energy be?
What does that revitalising energy look like as it begins to move up through the feet?
Your calves,
Your knees,
Moving upwards through the legs,
Your thighs,
Your hamstrings,
Recharging.
That beautiful energy moving up through the stomach,
Your chest,
Your lungs,
Energising your chest,
Your shoulders,
Your shoulder blades,
Down through the arms,
Forearms,
Wrists,
Palms and fingertips.
Sitting here in this space of this vibrant energy.
Taking that energy now up from the shoulders,
Through the neck,
Down through the chest,
Up into your face,
Energising.
Your body is filling with vibrant energy.
As your whole body is filling up with this vibrant energy,
Your mind is becoming calmer.
Clearer.
Being aware of your breath.
As you follow the gentle flow of your breath,
Your mind is becoming calmer and clearer.
More focused on each breath.
Your mind is becoming crystal clear with every in-breath and out-breath.
More positive,
More focused,
Capable,
Confident.
And now with this crystal clear focused mind,
It's time to start your day in control,
Intuitive,
Energised.
Taking some time now to come back here into the present moment,
To bring yourself back here into full conscious awareness.
Wiggling your toes and fingers,
Stretching out your arms and legs gently,
Stretching out your back and gently opening up your eyes.
This is your day.
