Take a moment to prepare for this meditation by choosing a quiet place where you are able to remove yourself from all distractions for a little while.
A place where you will be comfortable.
You may lie down or sit in a position that allows your entire body to relax.
Cross-legged,
With your feet on the ground.
Place your hands on your lap.
It's perfect.
Whatever feels good for you.
Let your eyes glow shut.
Imagine your whole body coming loose.
So let's begin by connecting with your breath.
The very breath that keeps your body and mind alive without any attention paid to it.
Automatically bringing you life.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Feel your lungs filling up.
Slowly exhale through your nose.
As you breathe in again,
Feel how the clean air flows through your nose down the back of your throat.
Release your breath.
Another breath in,
Your belly fills up with refreshing air.
And out.
Simply bathing in nourishing breath.
Take another breath in.
Breathing in,
Filling up.
And as you exhale,
Just imagine that one by one,
Your muscles start to release any stored energy that you might be carrying with you.
Releasing all tensions.
Visualize your excess energy being cleared from your body with each breath out.
Connect to the feeling of letting go.
Repeat this breathing.
Take your time.
Nothing else matters right now.
Just continue to connect to the power of your breath.
You're becoming completely relaxed.
Your body is still.
Watch as this feeling oozes throughout your entire body.
From the top of your head,
All the way down to your toes.
Drifting deep into a quiet body sleep.
Breathing slowly,
Deeply,
And rhythmically.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Now,
I want you to allow your mind to slow down.
Simply let go of all thoughts.
There is nothing to do except allowing yourself the opportunity to be here.
Take this journey.
A journey of going within.
Becoming aware of whom you truly are.
Observe how with the focus on your breath,
You're becoming present in the moment.
Whatever thought comes to you,
Just observe it without judgment or expectation.
Then let it go.
What you need to do later is of the future.
What you need to do earlier is of the past.
All that matters right now is going within.
Thoughts gone.
Let go.
The freer you become to observe.
To be present.
Really cherish this time to reunite with your authentic self.
Find that all the answers are already there within you.
I want you to use your imagination for a bit.
Imagine a bright,
Illuminating light circling just above the center of your stomach.
This light represents kindness,
Love,
And connection.
Imagine that with this light,
You're able to cleanse yourself.
To clear any blockages that are holding you back.
As you breathe in,
Imagine the light expanding,
Becoming bigger and brighter.
As you breathe out,
Releasing all thoughts.
Clear,
No thoughts.
Fresh.
Imagine that you can guide this light down through both of your legs.
Watch as it travels down through your thighs.
Now your knees and calves.
Imagine this light traveling all the way down to the soles of your feet.
And shining brightly out into the universe.
Begin to pull your energy back.
Back into the center of your body.
Now see it in your mind as your light moves down through both of your arms.
Start at your shoulders,
Staying there just long enough to release any tension you may be holding.
Let your light travel down through each arm.
Down through your palms.
And shine brightly out into the universe.
Do you feel the connection?
Draw your energy back now.
Into the center of your body.
Your core.
Imagine your lighter.
Even feel it as it moves up through your spine.
Traveling up your neck like tree vines.
Through your head.
And out through your ears.
Watch as these vibrant vine circles around each eye.
And up through your forehead.
Let your energy connect right out at the top of your head.
To a light.
A violet light coming straight down from source.
It's beautiful.
Now pull it all back in.
Into the center of your body.
Just by being you.
Your thoughts,
Your emotions,
Your energy.
Your vibrations are connecting and projecting out into the universe.
Okay.
Let's go within.
Let's go within and let go of anything standing between you and wealth and success.
Let's do this to allow prosperity into your life.
You deserve it.
The universe wants what you want.
Use your imagination again.
See yourself walking along a beautiful seashore.
Can you feel the warmth of the sun's rays beaming onto your skin?
Or maybe you feel the mist of the slashing waves as they hit the shore.
They taste salty on your lips.
The breeze is so nice on your smiling face.
We continue to walk down the shore.
Look around,
The beach is empty.
You have the entire beach to yourself.
You're able to be alone here with yourself,
For yourself.
You're on this walk path.
This path to uncover your authentic self.
With each step,
You feel the soft,
Wet sand between your toes.
You're getting more and more excited to get to know yourself.
To remember who you really are.
Wherever you are,
You are meant to be there.
Now I want you to find a spot in the sand,
Just a little ahead.
A spot that is welcoming.
Like it's calling for you to go over.
A place just for you.
As you sit down,
You notice how the moist beach sand looks so much like a blank piece of paper.
This is your very own piece of nature's canvas.
You can write down anything you desire.
Anything you desire to release that may be holding you back from loving and becoming the true you.
Just imagine it.
With your finger,
Right in the sand,
Any insecurities and fears that are keeping you from moving forward.
Don't worry about the list being complete or not.
You can just feel it.
Be open and truthful with yourself.
Take a true,
Honest look.
What is it that's holding you back from success and obtaining your goals?
Or are they just who you have made yourself up to be?
Through past failures or criticism or self-doubt.
Do you have limiting beliefs that are stopping you from being open to receive?
What is holding you back from becoming the person you visualize yourself as?
Do you feel scared that you aren't smart enough?
Do you feel once you achieve it,
You won't be worthy enough to keep it?
Do you feel unlovable?
Do you have anxiety regarding what you desire the most?
Are these fears even real?
Or do you only believe them because of what you've always believed or told yourself about yourself?
Write them all in the sand.
Be honest with yourself.
It's the key to clarity and growth.
And as you finish,
Look out at the ocean and take a deep breath in.
And release.
That was brave.
Know that yourself.
Wow.
Imagine that you can call on the ocean waves.
You can call on them to come up to the exact spot where you have written down all of these fears and doubts and limiting beliefs in the sand.
The waves come up,
Washing it all,
Washing all of them away.
With each tide out is an opportunity for you to let go just a little bit more.
Visualize those labels that you gave to yourself falling off and washing away out into the ocean.
And breathe deeply because you have just released a huge weight that you have been carrying all of this time.
The ocean waves are taking them all away from you.
They are no longer a part of your self-image.
You begin to smile knowing that everything is okay.
That you are good enough.
That you deserve the very best.
You begin to breathe easier.
You feel like you are in complete control.
You are hopeful and more focused.
As you gaze out at the horizon,
You become calmer,
Insurer of your purpose and then your ability to attain your dreams and your desires.
No matter the obstacles,
You are in complete control.
You are grateful,
For you have now released all of your limiting beliefs.
You are in complete control.
You are not afraid of doing anything the wrong way.
You have a peaceful inner knowing that when you do anything with your best intention,
You will succeed.
Be patient.
Visualize yourself achieving your most desired dreams,
Wants and goals.
Taste it.
Feel the excitement that comes when you achieve exactly what you knew you were strong enough to attain.
Take a few moments to say to yourself,
I am open to receive.
I am open to receive love.
I am open to receive financial success.
I am open to receive amazing health.
I am open to receive wealth.
I am open to receive awareness.
I am open to receive.
It is all within me.
When you are ready,
Bring your attention to the present.
Feel your fingers and toes.
Feel the surface underneath you.
Slowly open your eyes.
Open your arms wide and hug the earth and energy.
That was just beautiful.
The more you do this,
The more it becomes authentic.
The more it becomes your reality.
The more it becomes you.
You are exactly where you need to be.
You are the one.
