**Note: Truth does not always sound pleasant. If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listening attentively and with humility. This talk is a meditation practice. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without getting stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, not agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already a meditation practice.

We can't clear the fragment one by one.

We can't clear this thought,

Clear this issue,

Without triggering another issue.

Unless we clear all the issues,

All the things in one go.

To clear the mind,

Save the mind from all the fragments.

You see,

When the mind is trapped in all kinds of small things,

Fragmented by those ideas,

The mind is confused,

Suffers a lot from the conflicts,

From the uncertainty,

Fear,

Anxiety.

The mind is so easily influenced by another fragment.

So the mind becomes more and more complicated.

So it's life,

Isn't it?

The mind keeps accumulating fragments,

Therefore keeps accumulating issues,

Conflict,

Problems.

And the mind can't face all those issues,

So the mind escapes into some other fragments,

Which can bring about pleasure.

Though the problem always goes hand in hand with pleasure,

But the mind only cares about the immediate satisfaction,

Gratification to escape.

You see,

This is an incessant loop all the time,

Unless we sheerly act now,

Empty it,

Totally negate all those fragments.

Negation doesn't mean refusal,

But means seeing clearly.

So the mind negates all those things.

See the force,

The mind comes upon the truth.
