Claire believes that we owe it to ourselves to care about not just our physical bodies but our mental and spiritual ones too. She is a qualified yoga and meditation teacher, using physical asana and breathing techniques to find balance and calm in life. Claire has studied Vippasana meditation with S.N. Goenka, Dhamma Meditation Centre. She also currently teaches online, and with yoga retreats worldwide.
