Explore MeditationColleen became a registered yoga instructor in 2015, and has been a licensed psychotherapist for the last 15 years. She began her journey of therapy, yoga and meditation in Seattle, WA and now lives with her husband and two kids in Columbus, Ohio, offering individual psychotherapy to adults and adolescents. She specializes in pregnancy and postpartum care, offering support and specialized care during this highly vulnerable and full season of life. She is excited to begin offering meditations and mindful practices on this platform, focusing on grounding during specific experiences in life, including relational difficulties, parenting shame and challenges and coming back home to yourself when disruptive/disregulating experiences occur.
