Explore MeditationDanessa has been teaching yoga since 2012. It was a life-altering lesson in her inner power and ability to manifest her life. Her mindset and her outlook on life shifted drastically to a place of confidence and resilience, letting her know that she was capable of anything that life could throw at her. She spent 20 years in Sales Operations in Corporate America and only this year (2024) left to pursue her freedom, her calling, and her passion as a full-time mind-body fitness coach. Yoga is an integral modality of her coaching program, along with meditation, affirmations, and self-awareness that allows us to do the deep inner work of discovering our authentic selves. She has worked through many of her own shadows and coping mechanisms so that she can confidently impart what has worked and create a space of compassion and receptivity for everyone to show up with authenticity.
