It's time to remember who you are.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose.

Exhale fully through your mouth,

Letting your body relax into this moment.

Again,

Inhale deeply.

Exhale completely,

Letting go of tension,

Pressure,

And doubt.

Repeat after me.

I am here.

I am enough.

I am whole.

It's easy to get caught up into what others think,

And how they see you,

And trying to meet their expectations.

But right now,

This moment is for you.

To return to yourself.

To remember who you are.

You are not what people project onto you.

You are not defined by their opinions.

You are not the box someone else tries to put you in.

You are whole.

You are worthy.

You are powerful,

Just as you are.

Take a deep breath,

And let that truth rise inside of you.

Repeat after me.

I know who I am.

I know who I am.

I trust myself.

I stand in my power.

I am free to be me.

Now,

I want you to imagine yourself surrounded by a bright light.

Warm,

Bold,

Radiant.

It's all around you.

This is your essence.

It's been here from the very beginning,

Once you got here to this earth.

And nothing and no one can take it away.

In this light,

You don't have to prove anything.

You don't have to explain yourself.

You simply are.

And that is more than enough.

Now,

I want you to breathe in.

And feel worthiness.

Exhale doubt.

Breathe in that self-trust.

Exhale all that fear.

That fear of not being accepted.

That fear of rejection.

Release it.

Now,

I want you to remind yourself by saying these affirmations.

Repeat after me.

I am safe to be me.

I am proud of who I am.

I am worthy of love,

Respect,

And joy.

I am at peace with myself.

I am at peace with myself.

Let these words fill you up.

Let them remind you of everything you've already overcome.

Every moment you doubted yourself and you still showed up.

Every time you thought that you couldn't and then you did.

Now,

Hear this.

You don't need to shrink.

You don't need to change who you are to be accepted.

You are already enough by design.

You are already powerful.

You are already whole.

Repeat after me.

I am worthy.

I am free.

I am powerful.

I am whole.

Now,

Take another deep breath in.

Fill your chest up with power,

With truth,

With pride of self.

Exhale with confidence.

Feel it in your spine.

Let it ripple through every part of you.

Feel that.

Know that.

You are enough.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Step into this day not second guessing,

Not questioning,

No uncertainty.

Walk into this day knowing that you are enough.

Knowing that you are powerful,

You are worthy,

You are capable,

And you are more than enough.

So go ahead and own it because you are already exactly who you're meant to be.
