Gratitude may be defined as the acknowledging and realizing the good that is in the nowness of this moment. It is a profound and powerful spiritual practice to both raise our vibration, expand our consciousness, and to call forth Divine healing. Engaging in the art and practice of gratitude means consciously choosing to seek to take on the feeling tone of being grateful for anything, everything, and for nothing. I invite you to join me as we explore what this means.

Blessings and welcome to the Path to Freedom.

My name is Daniel Roqueo and as always,

I'm deeply grateful that you're choosing to tune in,

That you're choosing to join me in a moment of expanding our consciousness and raising our vibration through engaging in that which is true and real.

Now,

The Path to Freedom is all about us waking up to who and what we are.

It is all about us allowing for greater and greater expressions of who and what we are to emerge.

It is all about us allowing for the peace and the love and the joy and the harmony and the wholeness that is inherently within us and that is inherently in each and every single moment.

As we come back to the nowness of this moment,

There is only peace,

There is only love,

There is only joy,

There is only harmony,

There is only abundance,

There is only love,

There is only beauty.

So that is what the Path to Freedom is all about.

The theme for this particular message is the art and practice of gratitude.

And gratitude is such a powerful tool that we can use along the Path to Freedom not only to call forth the good that we desire into our experience,

Because gratitude is powerful liner which with much ease and grace evokes the sacred laws to work for us and not against us.

So we can absolutely use gratitude as a tool and as a technique to call forth the good that we desire into our experience.

But also gratitude is such a healing agent,

Such a powerful healing agent.

Because gratitude,

And let's define gratitude for the purpose of this particular message,

Gratitude is the realizing and the acknowledging of the good that is here now in this moment.

Regardless of whether we think of something that has been or regardless of whether we perhaps anticipate some good to happen in some future moment,

It is now that we are experiencing it,

So it is now that we're calling forth the vibration of gratitude.

Now gratitude truly is an art and practice.

The average individual I would say has a tendency to be grateful when apparent good happens.

They get a raise or they get a promotion or they get married or they have a child or they perhaps become grandparents or they receive a gift or a present or anything like that,

Something like that.

They win money on the lottery or anything else,

You know,

On the surface.

The surface appearance is good and favorable and so the average individual becomes grateful.

But when things are not going their way,

When things are not going according to what they think should and should not be,

They are not grateful.

But the art and practice of gratitude is to actively and consciously choose to take on the feeling tone of gratitude for anything,

For everything,

And for nothing in every single moment to the very best of our ability.

As often as we can remember,

Regardless of what seems to be on the surface,

Regardless of what we think about that which is,

We choose to come back to gratitude.

And this takes a lot of practice to be grateful for challenges.

It takes a lot of practice to be grateful when things are not going according to our plans.

It takes a lot of practice to stop and to come back to gratitude for no reason at all,

Which is why it's called the art and practice of gratitude.

But the rewards are so magnificent and they are so abundant that it is,

This should be taught in school.

That's,

I mean,

That's my opinion.

But gratitude should be taught in school.

Because gratitude,

When we can be truly grateful,

And I'm not speaking about merely parroting words of thanksgiving,

But when we can truly feel grateful,

Thankful,

Appreciative,

For no reason at all.

Well,

Actually,

There are never no reason,

But for no apparent reason.

There's a reason to everything.

Everything has a meaning,

Everything has a reason.

But for no apparent reason,

As we raise our vibration,

Because it is all about vibration.

It is all about vibration.

As we raise our vibration to the level of gratitude,

To the level of joy,

To the level of abundance and wholeness and harmony,

All of life rises up to meet us there.

So not only does it feel darn good to be grateful,

But as the sacred laws always and only mirror and reflect back to us what we are in vibrational alignment with,

As we come back to gratitude,

As we make gratitude our way of life,

As we make gratitude our habitual way of being,

As we sustain the high level of vibration,

Which gratitude is,

It is a high,

High,

High vibration.

As we sustain that,

More and more and more good will and must flow into our experience.

Will and must flow into our experience.

And this is by law.

This is not by chance.

This is not by luck.

This is not by happenstance.

But these sacred laws that are operating,

They are just as exact,

They are just as immutable,

They are just as impersonal as,

Say,

The law of gravity,

The law of electricity,

The law of buoyancy,

The law of aerodynamics,

Or any other physical law.

When we move into alignment with any of these laws,

When we adhere to their principles,

They work for us.

When we don't adhere to their principles,

They do not work for us.

And the same it is with these sacred laws.

There is actually a law of gratitude which states,

The more grateful we are,

The more will we be given to be grateful for.

The more grateful we are,

The more we will be given to be grateful for.

And so,

Perhaps you've heard my talk on using our moments in between.

If not,

I'm just going to do a little recap.

Our days are filled with moments in between.

A moment in between is a moment when we're not engaged in something that requires our conscious attention.

So,

Standing in the shower would be a moment in between.

Folding laundry would be a moment in between.

Walking would be a moment in between.

Watching TV may be a moment in between.

Driving may be a moment in between.

Cooking may be a moment in between.

Waiting,

Standing in line,

Sitting on the bus or the train or commuting.

Our days are filled with these moments in between.

And what if,

I'm just throwing it out there,

What if we would use these moments,

Instead of idle daydreaming or fantasizing,

What if we would use them to come back to gratitude?

To give thanks for the good that is present or simply to take on the feeling tone of being grateful for nothing,

For anything,

For everything.

What if?

I mean,

How good would we feel if we used these moments in between to come back to gratitude?

If we made it a habit to come back to gratitude?

Not only when good happens,

But on a constant and regular basis.

So that would be my invitation to you as we're closing this message.

My invitation to you is to,

During your day,

As often as you can remember,

And this is always to the best of our ability,

But as often as you can remember,

Come back to gratitude.

Give thanks for who you are,

For where you are,

The health that you enjoy,

The abundance that you enjoy,

Your life,

Who you are becoming,

Where you're headed in life,

The service that you get to bring,

The love that you have,

The joy that you have.

There's so,

So,

So much to be grateful for in any given moment,

In every single moment.

So that's my invitation to you.

Come back to gratitude again,

Again,

Again,

Again,

And just watch,

Just like Meister Eckhart,

The Dominican monk,

Said,

If thank you is your only prayer,

That will suffice.

So what if we came back to gratitude,

We sustained the feeling tone of being grateful,

Permanently?

How magnificently our lives would flow,

And with such ease and grace.

Alright,

So until the next time,

I bless,

Bless,

Bless your day,

And I bless,

Bless,

Bless your way.

You beautiful,

Magnificent,

Radiant,

Beautiful,

Wonderful,

Grateful being.

And ahamaste.
