Hi,
And welcome to today's grounding your dreams meditation.
Wherever you are,
I want you to find a comfortable seat.
And we're going to start with a really nice exercise of just placing ourselves into a grounded space.
If you can be seated,
That would be the most appropriate for today's exercise,
Because we really want to ground ourselves through our sit bones and our tailbone.
So wherever you are,
Whether you're on a chair or on the floor,
I just want you to sit down and really feel yourself sitting in your sit bones.
You might notice that through doing that your spine lengthens,
And you might move some weight forward,
Just to find the balance with your spine.
But for today I want you to find your sit bones.
And once you find your sit bones,
Gently bring your weight slightly back so that your tailbone grounds into the earth too.
Your hips might round slightly,
And you'll notice that your shoulders might drop your arms get heavy,
And you create space in your hips.
Just finding the space inside of your body.
It's just a slight tilt.
So I invite you to maybe play if this is the first time you're doing this play from moving forward onto your sit bones back onto your tailbone.
And just notice the difference in your body.
You might feel that by slightly bringing your tailbone down.
Suddenly,
All this tension and stress that you were trying to hold on to slowly just releases your body finally is able to fully give to the earth,
And this moment.
So just breathe here,
Taking a few breaths.
And once you've found this,
This position right here.
I want us to take three deep breaths together,
Taking a deep exhale wherever you are,
And inhale,
Filling your entire lungs with air.
Exhale side out of your mouth.
And let everything go.
Let's do that one more time deep inhale filling everything up.
Exhale side out of your mouth.
And one last time deep inhale filling everything up.
And exhale letting it go.
And just feel yourself sitting here in this space.
Sitting right here right now.
Fully grounded fully centered inside of yourself.
I want you now to bring your awareness to your third eye the center of your forehead.
And I want you to bring to mind.
One dream,
A desire and intention something that you want to create for yourself,
A way of life,
A new exercise a project whatever it is,
Just bring it to mind right now.
And I want you to start visualizing it,
Seeing it,
Notice the details,
The colors,
The objects the space that you are in,
In this vision.
Fully see it in your mind's eye.
Try and get details out of it.
See how detailed you can become from the clothes that you might be wearing to the plants in the corner to what you might see outside a window.
Just taking the time to really see everything around you in this vision.
Now that we've taken the time to see.
I want you to slowly expand the vision down your head and your face.
And you'll notice that now your ears are part of the vision.
So what can you hear.
What sounds are coming from your space.
What is happening outside if you can hear anything.
Notice if somebody is talking to you.
What are they saying.
And just hear everything that might be happening in this space right now.
Keep expanding your vision now bringing the vision down your throat,
All the way to your shoulders.
Now that your throat is exposed and open into the space.
What are you saying.
How are you speaking in this vision.
In this dream.
Who are you talking to.
What kind of words are you using.
Fully feel yourself express into this vision of yours.
And then slowly expand the vision deeper into your body.
Suddenly both your arms are filled with your vision,
Feeling the vision expand down your chest and your back,
All the way down into your hips and feeling yourself in this vision.
How are you feeling,
What are you noticing around your heart space around your chest.
Notice the different sensations moving through your torso.
What are movements,
My you be making.
How are you holding yourself in this space.
And then slowly expanding your vision,
Even further down through your hips,
All the way down to your feet.
You find yourself fully enveloped by this vision,
And you realize that this vision is here right now your dream is happening right now in this moment,
You are living it.
So how are you in this vision.
How are you walking in this vision,
Who are you talking to.
What are you saying,
What are you feeling and notice every single detail that might be happening around you.
And slowly you feel your vision ground through your tailbone out of your root chakra,
All the way down into the earth,
Enveloping all of the roots that you have grounded into the earth into this space you are grounding your vision into this space.
You are grounding your vision your dream,
Your passion,
Your intention into this very moment.
Your dream is here.
That passion reality that dream that you have been seeing in your mind's eye it is here in your body right now.
In this moment.
And this moment.
And this moment.
So feel yourself walking.
Feel yourself playing.
Feel yourself talking.
Feel every single bit of the space.
And when you're ready.
Take a deep inhale filling your entire lungs with air and exhale let it go.
And taking your time.
You can gently open your eyes into your new reality into your dream.

Even though your instant reality might not look exactly like your dream,
That is okay.
The importance is that you're feeling it in your body.
And now you know the actions and the words and the colors and the space that you can work with to fully feel to fully live your dream.
I invite you now to take some time for yourself and journal,
As much as you can.
Everything that you remember,
And put it down on paper.
I want to find her for you,
So that next time if you decide to redo this meditation,
You can look back at your notes and notice if things have changed,
Or if your reality and dream have collided and become one.
This is your time to fully be you.
And live your dream.
