Joy.

Joy is sunshine.

Joy is love.

Joy is creativity.

It is feeling your heart open and shine its light out.

It is seeing the light throughout all of the small things all around us.

Find a comfortable seat and gently bring your hands on to your knees.

Take a deep inhale and exhale.

Let it all go.

Notice your breath and notice your body.

Gently close your eyes and feel yourself connected to the earth beneath you.

Gently scan your body starting at the top of your head all the way to the base of your spine.

Breathing deeply,

Releasing any tension and stress being held inside of your body.

Feeling your body slowly release and sink into the floor with each breath that you take.

Feel all of the unnecessary tensions and energies that you have accumulated over time.

Slowly release and unhinge from your body,

Releasing into the earth beneath you.

Once you've scanned your body all the way down,

Slowly come back up filling each and every part of your body with light.

Starting at your base and working your way up to your crown.

Feeling the light fill you up,

Filling each part of your body with this shining white light.

Shining light onto every single part of who you are,

The lighter parts and the darker parts.

Feeling your body and your energy start to expand with every breath that you take.

Filling your being with this universal light.

This light shining through every single one of your pores.

Shining through every single layer of your body.

Now that your whole body has been filled with this beautiful white light,

I want you to focus in your heart center,

In the center of your chest,

And I want you to ask yourself,

What fills me with joy?

What fills me with joy?

Allow whatever answer to come up.

Let your body show you the way.

What fills me with joy?

Once your body has given you the answer,

Feel the sensation of joy fill your whole entire body.

Notice the smells,

Notice the touch.

What does it feel like?

Whether it's a situation or an object,

It does not matter.

Feel it inside of you.

If you can taste it,

What does it taste like?

Allow every single one of your senses to be enveloped with this scenario of joy inside of you.

Feel this light of joy support you.

Feel this light of joy ignite you.

You are the sole creator of your joy.

You are the sole creator of your joy.

You are the sole creator of your joy.

Take a deep inhale and exhale.

Let it go.

Slowly bring one hand to your heart and one hand to your lower belly.

Feel this deep connection of joy and of light running through your whole entire body.

You are your sole creator of your joy.

Slowly open your eyes.

Let the color and light fill you up.

See and feel the beauty of your surroundings.

This is your life.

This is your creation.

Take a deep inhale and let your senses be filled by this light and joy that surrounds you.

It is with grace and gratitude that the light within me bows and honors to the light within you.

Namaste.
