Resiliency builds when we learn how to embody all aspects of ourselves, our senses, and our Breath. Traumatic residue is stored within our physical body, and the movement and memory of movement release trauma on a somatic level. We may remember what happened while the energetic "charge" that triggers the nervous system is released. This is how we know we are growing into our fullness and out of what "happened" to us. Our body and breath now become our friend in the journey to healing.
