Explore MeditationI spent my 20's trying to figure myself out, like we all do. It led me to a multitude of different mindsets and activities, finding many that did not gel with me and a few that did. I traveled to Japan to study martial arts, I lived at a Zen temple in Hawaii, I found expression through DJing. The combination of those things I felt passion towards pointed me toward my true purpose. I laughed forcibly on the dancefloor of a beach nightclub in Cancun when I realized that the purpose of my life was actually to help others find their purpose in their life. And my ability to truly listen to you and to empathize with so many different experiences of life makes me ideally suited to serve as your life coach when it comes to finding and reaching for your dreams
