Connecting To Your Soul

Light of your soul,

This guided meditation is designed to help you disidentify from who you've believed yourself to be and to free yourself from the shackles of the ego in order to heal the pain and suffering that it creates.

By practicing this meditation,

You will be supported in connecting to your soul and your soul's light and the essence of who you truly are.

So let's begin this journey together,

Outside of space and time reality,

Traveling through the multidimensional aspects of your being and reality.

If you'll find a comfortable place where you can either sit or lie down,

Finding a place of comfort where you can just let go,

Choosing to relax in this moment more than ever before,

Relaxing your body from head to toes,

Breathing into any place of tension where you might be holding on,

Choosing to let go of anything you might be caring,

To find yourself completely relaxed in the present moment,

Breathing into the space of your body,

Light,

Peace and openness,

Opening up to the present moment filled with infinite love and potential,

Inviting the deepest state of relaxation into your entire being,

Present with your breath,

Present with your body,

Present with your feelings,

Present with your emotions,

Present with your thoughts,

If any arise,

Present,

Grounded,

Deeply relaxed by choice,

And inviting love,

Light and nurturing energy into the space of your body to experience yourself as you truly are,

Not what you are not,

You are not your thoughts,

Watching your thoughts lovingly fade away so that all worries and stress can leave your body,

Freeing your energy field from the past in this present moment,

Allowing for consciousness to arise where there was thought,

Not worry or anxiety,

Completely relaxing into this new space that you choose,

Inviting the ever-present moment to replace the past,

You are not your past,

A past that may be burdening you and preventing you from seeing yourself as you truly are,

As you choose to be,

In every moment,

Feeling into the present moment filled with infinite possibilities,

You are not what you fear,

You are not what you judge,

You are not what you blame,

None of your fears,

Judgments are you,

None of them are real,

All imaginings from the past,

From ego and what the ego wishes to escape,

And so rather than trying to escape something that the mind has created,

All imagining,

Choosing in this moment in time to release what has been imagined,

What has been feared,

What has been judged and rejected,

You are not your ego,

You are not your memories,

You are not who you've imagined yourself to be,

You are so much greater than the mind,

A mind that is born of the past,

Limited by the past,

You are an eternal soul,

Filled with infinite love,

Compassion and deep caring,

Let yourself feel that,

Choosing to release the layers of ego that have kept you identified to what you are not,

All imaginings,

You are not who and what you've imagined yourself to be and have tried to escape,

Letting it all go and meeting your true self in this present moment as you release the layers of pain,

Illusion and identity that were never you,

Choosing to free yourself of your identity,

A false identity made up of fear,

Belief,

Pain,

Expectation,

Judgment and endless suffering,

Letting it all go so that you may find underneath it all who you truly are,

Your true essence,

Your light,

Your soul,

The light of your soul,

You are not who you've imagined and believe yourself to be,

Your name,

Your profession,

Your nationality,

The roles you play,

The money you earn,

Your possessions,

Your body,

Your mind,

Your thoughts,

Your emotions,

You are none of that,

You are infinite light,

Love and wisdom,

A bright light that is always present underneath the surface,

Underneath the veil of identity,

Of personality,

Allowing all of what and whom you've imagined yourself to be to clear and release permanently in the light of your love,

In the light of your soul,

Healing,

Clearing,

Releasing in the light of your soul,

The light of spirit that is all-knowing,

All-encompassing,

A light that has the power to illuminate all obscurations,

A light so bright it can dispel all illusions created by the mind about who you've imagined yourself to be,

Transmuting any and all parts of yourself that you haven't loved and all of the child parts that were in judgment of the wounded parts of you,

Also child parts,

In the dark,

In the illusion,

The samsara,

And so stepping into the light and recognizing all of the things that you are not so that they can be processed out in the light,

The light of spirit,

Shining through the pain,

Through the hurt that you had been identified with,

Letting them all go so that something new can arise,

To be reborn again,

A new you,

The one you always were,

And connecting to who you truly are at the deepest level,

Revealed in the light of love,

The most gentle,

Caring,

Enveloping,

Unconditional love,

Filling your whole being and dissolving all illusions of me,

Myself,

And I,

All imagined,

Connecting to who you truly are again and again,

Placing one or both of your hands over your heart and remembering your home,

Your heart,

Bringing your awareness at the back of your heart,

The seat of your soul,

And connecting there to your light,

To your soul,

To your soul light,

Calm,

Silent,

And patient in this space,

Your true home,

Observing,

Experiencing a deep sense of peace in this space of light and love,

Of deep stillness and silence,

And asking the question,

Who am I,

Again and again,

Lovingly,

And listening intently with the intention to receive answers to this deep,

Deep question,

This identifying from anything that is not you,

So that you can receive the answer to this question,

Who am I,

Receiving yourself in whichever way the answer comes to you,

Sound,

Sensations,

Images,

Light,

Impressions,

Kinesthetic experiences,

An inner knowing,

Beyond words,

Beyond visuals,

Connecting to the energy of your soul,

Feeling it,

Knowing without a doubt that you are the light of your soul,

Infinite wisdom,

Infinite love,

Infinite patience,

Infinite kindness,

Infinite gentleness,

A radiant being of light,

Releasing any other memories that are not of the light and love,

Clearing them permanently,

Forgetting them,

For they are not who you truly are or who you ever were,

Dissolving those memories,

All imagined and remembering once again who you truly are,

The light of your soul,

Remembering all that you are and leaving behind all that you are not,

Filling your soul,

Remembering,

In the light,

In the love,

All that you are,

This same light and love,

And filling it in every part of your being,

Remembering and choosing to fill your entire being with the light,

With the love that is you,

Remembering the essence of your being,

The light of your soul,

Shining through,

One with it,

Feel it right now,

Breathing this light and love into each and every cell of your being and dissolving any and all obscurations,

Shining the light onto them,

Healing all obscurations in the light,

In the love of your soul,

Raising your vibration through the light,

Raising your frequency and choosing to only and always resonate with the light,

The love of your soul,

Of spirit,

Bringing this light and love into your body,

Into your mind,

Into your thoughts,

Feelings,

What is real,

Shining throughout the whole world,

A world of light and love that you are choosing right now and creating of your own free will,

Choosing this light and love and radiating it into your field,

Radiating throughout the universe for all to feel,

To receive,

Light and love as the only reality,

The one you choose,
