By becoming and remaining resonant with "Everything is okay, and will always be okay" we can relax, heal, and be fully present in life and all it has to offer. We can experience our personal best, and create from our heart's intentions. Our culture conditions us to be in a state of stress, tension, fear, and insecurity most of the day. By bringing your entire being - physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual - into resonance with "Everything is okay" you can feel your nervous system become self-regulated, returning to its rest, digest, rejuvenate, and healing mode. This practice can help you learn to relax, which engages your parasympathetic nervous system. What if we could spend the whole day in a relaxed, grounded, and present state? Isn't it amazing that when we relax, we heal?

Welcome to this guided meditation,
Everything is OK,
A guided meditation to help you self-regulate your nervous system.
Feeling like everything is OK and having that energy and feeling resonating throughout your whole being is incredibly important and supportive.
It allows you to feel like it's OK to be present and live your life.
And it's an excellent place from which to make choices and have a good time.
Most people are pretty stressed for most of the day,
Holding tension and experiencing lots of thoughts about different things.
Practicing this practice of feeling that everything is OK can help you clear your mind,
Have less thoughts and feel way more relaxed and present.
It's also a practice that helps to self-regulate the nervous system.
You might be aware that the nervous system can either be in a state of fight or flight or freeze or rest and digest.
Usually when we're stressed and worried and tense,
Which most people are most of the day,
We're activating that fight,
Flight or freeze nervous system.
That's the sympathetic nervous system.
And it has physiological implications.
It produces stress hormones.
It increases our heart rate.
It sends blood to our extremities rather than our organs.
That's not the most healthy and happy state for our nervous system to be in for a long period of time,
Only for emergency situations,
Ideally.
On the other hand,
The parasympathetic nervous system,
It allows us to rest,
To digest,
To rejuvenate,
To heal,
To be present,
To have fun.
It's amazing that when we're relaxed,
Our bodies naturally heal.
So to self-regulate the nervous system is to consciously intend,
Through awareness and practice,
To activate your parasympathetic nervous system and to remain in a relaxed,
Grounded,
Present state where your body can rest,
Digest,
Rejuvenate and heal,
And where you can enjoy your life.
With a clear,
Quiet mind,
Enjoying the things you do throughout the day,
Being present and happy.
And that's the intention of this meditation.
This meditation will teach a practice of repeating the affirmation and mantra,
Of repeating the affirmation and mantra,
And it'll help you deeply feel it.
And this is a practice that you can practice throughout the day,
Even when you're not meditating.
I have done this meditation for days while living my life normally.
Inside of myself,
I've been doing this practice and it has yielded wonderful results.
Creating a baseline,
Default emotional state of balance and well-being and happiness.
I hope you don't mind and I hope you accept and receive the benefit of how deeply I intend to share this practice with you.
We're going to really feel like everything is okay,
No matter what,
All the way from everything that can happen in life to death and whatever happens after death.
Only by facing all of our fears and all the things that can happen in life can we really feel like everything is okay and everything is going to be okay.
And having that feeling and resonating with that and having that internal state is priceless.
And I really look forward to hearing all the benefits that you receive from this practice.
Let's begin.
If you would find a comfortable place and position to sit or lay down.
And as you close your eyes,
Intend to relax your entire body.
Finding any places of tension in your body.
And gently relaxing in those areas.
Breathing effortlessly,
Intending to gently slow your breathing.
Allowing a gentle smile on your face that gently opens your heart.
And appreciating yourself for taking this time to nurture yourself and to grow.
And letting the muscles in your face relax.
In your head and shoulders,
Back,
Chest,
Stomach,
Arms,
Hands,
Fingers,
Relax.
Everything becoming nice and soft.
Feeling the gentle tug of comfort that you are feeling right now.
Gravity.
Feeling your weight on the floor and on the earth.
Marveling for a moment that we're on this planet revolving around a beautiful star.
A moon revolving around us.
In a universe of unknown limits and mystery.
Allowing yourself to feel some awe and wonder about your existence.
And continuing to relax your body,
Your butt,
Your groin,
Your legs,
Your feet.
Your toes.
If you need help relaxing any areas of tension,
Try to relax them on an exhale.
Feeling like you're exhaling into those areas and those areas are expanding.
Without getting too focused on any specific place in your body.
Keeping a gentle smile and feeling warmth and openness in your heart.
And now begin repeating the affirmation and mantra,
Everything is okay.
Everything is okay.
Everything is okay.
You can repeat this out loud or inside of yourself.
Either way is excellent.
And you can do both from time to time,
Changing as you see fit,
Exploring,
Experimenting.
Everything is okay.
Everything is okay.
Feeling these words,
This truth beginning to seep into your body.
Everything is okay.
Feeling this truth beginning to seep into the rhythm of your nervous system.
Everything is okay.
Everything is okay.
You may be able to feel your nervous system and energy system and any stress or fear or tension.
As this feeling of jittery energy around your skin and beneath your skin.
This quick jittery energy.
Allowing yourself to speak and feel into that energy.
Everything is okay.
Everything is okay.
Everything is okay.
Allowing that energy to become slowed and relaxed and dissipated and dissolved by this truth.
Everything is okay.
Everything is okay.
Realizing that everything that's happened up until now.
In the grand scheme of things in this universe.
Is okay.
And that everything is going to be okay.
No matter what.
And that everything is okay.
Always.
Anchoring this truth.
Into your very core.
Into your very feet.
Into your whole body.
And into your nervous system.
Everything is okay.
Allowing yourself to really feel your body and the energy that flows through and around it.
And bringing into it this feeling that everything is okay.
And everything will always be okay.
Feeling yourself self-regulating your nervous system.
Reparenting yourself.
Giving yourself that energy that would flow from very stable parents.
Who understand how to live in harmony.
With the process of life and death and happiness and challenges.
With trust.
That we are where we should be.
And everything is okay.
And everything will be okay.
That we need not live in fear.
Giving yourself this gift.
Allowing yourself to live.
With the foundation that everything is okay.
The past is in the past.
And forgiven.
The future holds so much opportunity and possibility.
Everything is okay.
Resting in yourself.
And in whatever happens.
That you have the capacity to navigate.
And releasing your fear of worst case scenarios.
Knowing that even with those.
Everything will be okay.
Experiencing the ultimate.
Experiencing the ultimate deepest freedom.
And release.
Feeling deeply,
Completely and profoundly okay.
Now you have a foundation on which to feel love and joy and peace.
Now you have space to focus and be excellent.
And experience your personal best.
Now you have time and space to be.
And connect.
To really hear and listen to others.
To your loved ones.
To really be present with your various tasks.
To live in a state of building.
Developing.
Enjoying.
Rather than a state of escaping.
Or chasing.
Or avoiding.
Or putting out fires.
How beautiful the unique and authentic you.
That emerges when you receive the truth.
And embody the truth that everything is okay.
And will be okay.
Oh how the love for life returns.
The sight of the sun shining through the window.
A leaf or flower becoming illuminated.
A little ant living its life.
You and all your relationships that you have throughout this lifetime.
And all your decisions.
In front of the backdrop that everything is okay.
What a gift to be able to live a life on earth.
To witness all this.
To experience all this.
All the various forms of fulfillment.
And joy and love and pleasure.
And yet to know.
In all parts of yourself.
To trust.
That everything will be okay.
To give yourself that.
So that you can enjoy.
The gift of this life.
The gift of this life.
So your body can be relaxed.
And function well.
And heal itself automatically.
As it miraculously does.
Consciously self-regulating.
Your nervous system.
So that you can enjoy your life.
Live your best life.
Be your best self.
Experience.
Your personal best.
In every aspect of your life.
Everything is okay.
Taking this now.
To an even deeper.
More complete and total level.
