Greetings,
Beloved child of the universe.
In this audio meditation,
We will focus on the technique of mindful breathing,
Anapanasati,
And explore important aspects related to attachment and the spiritual path.
To begin,
Find a comfortable,
Quiet place where you can sit on any surface,
Preferably semi-hard or hard.
It could be a chair,
Or you can sit in a half-lotus or full-lotus position.
Allow yourself to let go of all thoughts and simply be here and now.
It's a place where you can feel calm and comfortable.
Relax and close your eyes.
Throughout the session,
Maintain a straight spine and remain still.
This will help your mind become more concentrated,
And the knowledge gained will be absorbed more deeply.
Breath is the key to being present in the moment.
Each inhale brings a fresh flow of life,
And each exhale helps release negativity and tension.
Feel the air entering through your nostrils,
Filling you with energy.
Observe how you breathe.
Do you hear your breath?
Allow yourself to fully relax.
Calm down.
Try to breathe slowly,
Gently,
Calmly.
Attachment significantly influences our existence.
Yet,
As we've come to understand,
The sole attachment that is justified is our connection to God.
Reflect on the things you've clung to in your life.
Who or what have you clung to?
Ponder this inquiry.
Who or what have you attached yourself to?
Consider this question.
Attachment to something or someone can become an obstacle on your path to spiritual growth.
Forming attachments to things or individuals can impede your spiritual advancement.
It's akin to trying to substitute God with an idol,
Expecting it to resolve your issues.
While authorities have their place,
Avoid elevating them to a divine status,
Creating idols or inventing deities in your life.
Elevating someone to a divine status is nonsensical.
Their inevitable destiny is to topple from that height.
It's nonsensical to elevate someone to a divine status.
Such actions only lead to disillusionment.
And what conditions are rapidly increasing by 60% globally?
Cancer,
Heart diseases.
These are often rooted in disillusionment.
When someone is put on the pedestal of God,
It's absurd.
And his fate is one to fall from there.
Remember it's absurd to put someone on the pedestal of God.
This only leads to disappointment.
And what are the fastest growing 60% of diseases in the world?
Cancer,
Cardiovascular diseases.
It's all because of disappointment.
This is why viveka and vairagya are fundamental principles.
Viveka must come first,
Followed by vairagya.
Viveka is the intellectual recognition that the true essence of reality is revealed through spiritual awareness.
Vairagya,
In contrast,
Is the release from bonds that obstruct our grasp of the authentic journey.
If an individual allows God to manifest their vision through the practice of yoga,
It will undoubtedly be realized.
It's no longer just a personal ambition.
God has become involved in this vision.
It's not the individual alone at work,
But a higher force.
Therefore,
The individual merits the realization of this vision.
The consciousness of such individuals is imbued with the divine,
While those who give in to the mind and attachments are bound for disaster.
It's an unavoidable outcome.
It's an attempt to create an idol instead of God,
Hoping for solutions to your problems.
Authorities must exist,
But do not create an idol for yourself.
Do not put another idol for yourself.
Do not create another God for yourself.
Do not invent a God in your life.
Now remember your breath.
Feel every inhale and exhale as if it's the breath of God,
Filling your being with light and peace.
Be in the moment.
Truth resides in this moment.
Be free from attachments and let your breath lead you to inner peace and realization.
Continue to observe your breath until the end of the audio session.
Only then will you cultivate true tranquility and inner peace.
