Today I'd like you to just have a minute to pause and check in.
So find a comfortable seat,
Whatever that is for you.
Allow your eyes to close or your gaze to soften.
But make sure you're somewhere free of distractions.
First,
I'd like you to just check in with your body.
This vessel,
How is it feeling?
Are there any areas that are tense or tight and just notice them?
How's your energy?
How do you feel today?
Tired?
Awake?
Are there any thoughts?
Any emotions?
What are they?
And ask yourself,
What do I need right now?
Let your body tell you and listen to it.
See what can benefit you,
Whether that's physically,
Emotionally,
Or mentally.
Spend as much time as you need here and enjoy.
