Hey Charlie,

Do you remember my teddy bear Charlie?

Well,

This is a new story about her.

A while ago,

One day,

He decided to go to the beach.

But to be honest,

It was his very first time and he didn't really know what to bring.

But we know that Charlie is very very very very smart.

He had to look at me and observe what I normally take with me when I go to the beach.

So he kinda had an idea of what the most important things were.

So he started walking around the apartment.

He was like,

Should I take this?

Should I take that?

Should I take with me?

What do I really need?

So,

First of all,

He found a teddy bear sunscreen.

This one is particularly designed to keep him soft and cool while at the beach.

Yes,

You're right.

Teddy bears don't actually tan in the sun,

But they like to be soft and cool all the time.

Then he thought,

Maybe I need some water just in case I get a little thirsty.

And of course,

What about food?

So he goes,

You know,

After all that fun,

Running,

Swimming,

Maybe I'll get a little hungry.

So he opened the fridge and then the pantry.

He got some water,

He got some strawberries covered up in delicious chocolate.

And he also took a couple of anchovy cans.

We both love anchovies,

But because this is like a secret.

He went to my closet,

He took my favorite towel,

But that's okay.

He can borrow whatever he wants.

Because you know,

The world is mine,

His,

His and vice versa.

So I didn't get upset when I had to wash my towel covered up in chocolate,

Smelling of the ocean and also of the anchovies.

He took with him his phone just in case he needed me.

And also cause he likes to listen to his playlist when I'm at the beach under his colorful umbrella.

I didn't tell you that.

His colorful umbrella is very,

Not only colorful,

Cause he has this beautiful rainbow,

But he has some beautiful flamingo on it.

Yes,

Right.

Those beautiful birds.

Aren't they cute?

By the way,

What are your favorite animals?

The ones that always make you happy.

I like flamingos,

But I think my favorite ones are giraffes,

Monkeys,

Cats.

But all the animals are so,

So,

So cute.

He also took with him a ball and some cards.

Just in case,

You know,

He finds some friends and he can actually play with them.

It's always good to make new friends.

He got on his phone,

He went on the app and he got a card.

He texted his friends so that he could meet there around 10.

At this place,

At the beach,

At the Santa Monica Pier.

They were so happy to see each other for such a long time.

Though they text and chat every day,

They still have so much to catch up with.

And they were so excited to be all together again.

They swam,

Listened to music,

Played volleyball and cards.

At one point,

They even fell asleep and they took a very long,

Relaxing nap.

All went so smooth and even Charlie was a bit worried at first.

He played at school and everything went better than what he even expected.

Everybody got home on time for dinner and trust me,

I don't know for his friends,

But Charlie was so hungry.

To be honest,

I've never seen him so hungry.

He was starving.

Luckily,

I had prepared a very,

Very big dinner so we had enough food for everyone.

It was so sweet to hear Charlie's story and I even got a little emotional when he told me that his friends and he were so happy and that they even cried tears of joy.

Isn't that sweet?

Charlie was so tired after dinner and he went straight to bed.

That's where you are right now,

Aren't you?

But before falling asleep,

Charlie told me a couple of things that he wanted to tell you.

So,

First,

Unless you're gonna do something like that with your parents,

With some adults,

Like maybe your friend's parents or your teacher,

Instructor,

Somebody like that,

Don't ever go to the beach by yourself.

It also told me,

This is the second thing,

To wish all of you a very,

Very,

Very,

Very good night and that you can wait for the next time we can all meet here again.

Now,

I'm gonna let you sleep because I don't want to risk doing a job because it's sleeping right next to me so I'm gonna try to keep you quieter and quieter.

And I wanna wish you sweet dreams,

Or as I would say in my language,

Sanitàr.

See you next time.

Ciao!

You're welcome.

You're welcome.

You're welcome.

You're welcome.
