Hi,
And welcome to the clear and energise meditation by me,
Ishira Hart.
So for this meditation,
We're going to use the power of sound and the power of your breath to clear your physical body and energy field,
And energise you as you breathe in.
If you can,
Get your bare feet on the earth.
But if not,
Just sit or lie in a comfortable position with your phone turned off in a place where you won't be disturbed.
So let's start by taking some nice,
Deep breaths,
Breathing the breath in and out through an open mouth.
Relaxing your jaw.
Opening your throat.
Relaxing your mouth.
And opening the channels in your hands and feet.
So any energy that wants to clear can do so effortlessly as you breathe out.
So let's take those deep breaths into your belly.
And you can place your hands on your belly to keep you more focused if you like.
Breathing the breath in and out through an open mouth.
See your body as transparent,
Liquid light.
Clearing and energising you with every breath.
All the way through your body and out through your energy field that reaches out 25 foot,
Which is 8 metres,
All the way around your body.
And as you breathe in,
Slowly tip your head back as far as it can go.
And as you breathe out,
Slowly bring your head forward till your chin is almost touching your chest.
And let go with a sigh.
And we're going to do that twice more.
Breathing in,
Tipping your head all the way back.
And breathing out,
Bringing your head all the way forward.
And last time,
Breathing in,
Bending your head all the way back.
And breathing out with a sigh,
Coming all the way forward.
Now bring your head back to its normal resting position and continue to breathe deeply into your belly,
In and out through your mouth.
So I now invite you to imagine that your in-breath is a yes to you.
And if you like,
You can set an intention for what kind of energy you want to bring into your life right now.
What kind of energising do you want to feel right now?
Where would you like to feel that in your body?
So call that to you by breathing in as deep as you want to go.
I call this to me.
I can co-create this.
I deserve to create this in my life.
I choose to energise myself in every way.
And as you breathe out,
Allow this out-breath to be a yes to you.
A yes to clearing and letting go of whatever no longer serves you.
You've learnt the lesson and now you're ready to move on.
And if you like,
You can visualise the energy that's clearing from you like smoke or dust or even sludge.
Seeing it start to easily dissolve as you breathe out.
Continuing with nice,
Deep,
Full out-breaths.
Sighing on the out-breath as you go.
Letting all your body muscles relax and continuing to take yourself deeper.
With now you can start to sense into your energy field surrounding your body.
Feeling and seeing if you can sense any energies that might be stuck there that need clearing or harmonising.
Breathing into your whole energy field which is 25 feet or 8 metres in front of you.
To your left.
To your right.
Behind you.
Above you.
And below you.
Breathing.
Sensing.
Feeling.
Exploring.
And you can stay tuning into your energy field throughout this meditation.
So now I invite you to go on a journey inside your body and start to tune in with which areas you want to clear and then energise.
And start taking the breath into those places.
Where would you like to start?
What part is calling to you?
Breathe deeply into that place.
Breathing out through the mouth and as you breathe out letting go with a sigh or maybe a clearing sound comes to you in this moment.
So allowing that to freely express as you breathe out.
Seeing all stuck energy starting to easily dissolve and transform into a higher vibration.
Breathing in again deeply.
And breathing out letting go.
Breathing in again to this place that you feel guided to.
And breathing out letting go.
And last time.
Breathing in.
And breathing out and letting go.
If there is any movement that your body wants to make with the sound,
With the sigh,
Allow yourself to express that too.
It might be a small subtle movement or a bigger one.
Trust how your body wants to move.
It knows how to guide you.
If you can and you feel to,
You may like to stand up and move your body as much as you like.
Continuing to breathe in and out through the mouth.
And then shake out through your hands and your feet.
So where do you feel to travel to next?
The space in your body needs clearing and energising.
So now take the breath deeply into that place.
Breathing in.
And then breathing out.
Clearing as you breathe out with a sigh or a sound or just the breath.
And any movement that comes naturally.
And breathe in again more deeply and energise every cell as you breathe.
And breathe in again.
And breathe out.
And fully let it go.
And now shake it out through your hands and your feet.
And where next?
Keep tuning in on where your body needs to clear and energise.
Breathing deeply into that place.
Energising.
Harmonising.
Breathing out.
Releasing.
HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA And if you find yourself yawning,
This is a very good sign.
And a natural way of the body bringing more oxygen in to shift your energy.
And now bring yourself into stillness.
Sitting or lying down.
And take three nice deep breaths in.
And let's complete with a sigh or a sound as you breathe out.
And in your own time,
When you're ready,
Slowly bringing yourself back.
