The Body Love meditation is a meditation using the power of sound, your voice, and the love from your heart, to send gratitude to your whole body to help you tune into your cells and give some precious space just for you. Sometimes when we get busy, stressed, or even ill, it can be challenging to find the time to listen to our body or even be grateful for the signals it’s sending us when it’s getting sick or understand why it’s not working like we want it to and instead of listening, we may sometimes push our body beyond its limits. So this is an opportunity to give back to your body, because it’s always doing its very best to help us whether we look after it or not, and you can especially focus on certain parts of your body that may need some special love and care. Come and join me on a journey into loving and listening to your body more deeply with some Body Love!

Hi,

And welcome to the Body Love Meditation by me,

Ishira Hart.

So for this meditation,

We're going to use the power of sound and the power of your voice with your loving smile to send a loving thank you into all the cells in your body.

So start by choosing a certain part of your body that you feel needs some loving care and you can place your hands there,

Gently,

Sensitively and lovingly,

Like a mother to a child.

Or you can simply focus on sending gratitude to every cell from the top of your head all the way down to your toes.

So let's start by taking some nice deep breaths into your belly,

Breathing the breath in and out through an open mouth.

Relaxing your mouth,

Relaxing your jaw and opening your throat.

And you can place your hands on your belly to keep you more focused if you like.

And as you breathe in,

Slowly tip your head back as far as it can go.

And as you breathe out,

Slowly bring your head forward till your chin is almost touching your chest and let go with a sigh or a sound.

And we're going to do that twice more.

Breathing in,

Tipping your head all the way back and breathing out and bringing your head all the way forward.

And last time,

Breathing in,

Tipping your head all the way back and breathing out,

Letting go with a sigh or a sound as you breathe out and tip your head forward all the way,

Chin to your chest.

And now bring your head back to its normal resting position and continue to breathe deeply into your belly,

In and out through the mouth.

Now send a wave of relaxation through your whole body,

From the top of your head all the way down to your toes.

Feeling this wave of relaxation moving down your whole face,

Down the back of your head,

Relaxing your shoulders,

Relaxing all the way down your arms to your hands and out through your fingertips.

Feeling this relaxation moving now into your chest.

Feeling this relaxation now moving into your chest.

Breathing that relaxation deeply into your belly,

Letting go,

Relaxing,

Flowing into your buttocks,

Travelling down your legs all the way to your feet and out through your toes.

Breathing in and out through the mouth and letting go again with a sigh or a sound as you relax deeper and deeper and deeper.

Great,

So I now invite you to tune in with your heart and if you want you can place one hand or both hands on your heart,

Touching your heart softly and sensitively and say hello to you,

This beautiful divine being that is you.

Hello you.

And as you do this start smiling into your heart,

Sending love to the fully innocent child that is you and that is the truth of who you are.

Like a mother sending love to her child.

Continuing with deep breaths into your belly,

In and out through the mouth,

Smiling,

Breathing,

Relaxing.

And when you're ready I invite you to start sending a silent thank you from your heart together with any sound that you feel to make.

And if you'd like you can tune in with the crystal bowl that you're hearing in the background,

Pitching your voice with the bowl or dropping the tone an octave down.

Or the octave down will be And smile into the sound as you send this wave of gratitude through your body.

And you can either do this all the way through your body,

From the top of your head down to your toes,

Or you may like to choose a specific part of your body that needs some loving care right now.

Thank you body.

You may like to deepen that silent inner conversation saying things like Thank you body for giving me life.

Thank you body for looking after me.

Thank you body for helping me detox.

Thank you body for helping me recover from injury.

Thank you body.

Thank you body.

Thank you body for helping me recover when I was sick.

Thank you feet for helping me walk everywhere I need to.

Or whatever comes to you in this moment.

Remembering to smile into the sound as this deepens your whole experience.

Sending love with the sound into your body.

And if you want to focus more deeply,

You can hold any part of your body that you're sending loving gratitude to.

Or simply direct your loving awareness there.

Breathing in,

Smiling into the sound.

Thank you body.

Breathing.

Relaxing.

Feeling.

Continuing to sound and send love to your body.

And taking a nice deep breath in.

And letting it go.

And letting your body have a nice shake out.

And in your own time,

When you're ready,

Slowly bringing yourself back.
