Today, let's practice letting go of our worries and starting to believe in all the good things coming our way. Believe that life is happening for you. Believe that you are on the right path. Believe that everything works in your favor. Most importantly, believe in yourself. Use this meditation to breathe your way back to believing.

Really start to see yourself in this moment.

Maybe for the first time all day.

Just really allowing yourself to be as you are.

Letting yourself fully feel.

Allowing yourself to be a complex human.

A mixture of joy,

Doubt,

Anxiety,

Fear,

Excitement,

Stress,

Hope,

Insecurity,

Trust,

Contentment.

All the feels.

And maybe here in the quiet of your own mind,

In the stillness,

You discover more feelings that are beneath the surface.

You just hold yourself through it.

Letting your breath be acceptance.

Letting your breath be love.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Feel your mind start to soften.

Your energy start to settle and drop down.

Feeling rooted,

Grounded.

Breathe in.

Exhale.

I know it's hard.

The mind wanders.

The mind wanders into worry.

You feel the fear pull you out of the present moment.

The uncertainty steals your joy.

My friend,

What if today we just practice.

Let's stop worrying and start believing.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Start to cultivate this energy of believing.

Believing everything will work out.

Believing that life is in your favor.

Believing that life is happening for you.

Believing that there is room for you.

Believing that you will be successful.

Believing in yourself fully.

Making room for all of these beliefs to be true.

Instead of what could go wrong,

Start to believe what could go right.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Really,

Really feeling that energy of believing.

Taking this conscious effort to believe.

To believe in all the things you always thought were impossible.

To believe in it all and feel the abundance.

Knowing that the most powerful thing you could ever believe in is yourself.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Believing in all the good things coming.

Believing in the light that is going to heal your darkness.

Believing in the life that you are creating.

Take a slow breath in.

Slow exhale.

If you do not believe in yourself,

No one will do it for you.

If you do not believe in yourself,

How can you expect others to?

Placing your hands over your heart.

Choosing to believe and hope for just one more second then you have indulged your fear.

I believe in you.

Just whispering this to your heart,

Your mind.

Your heart,

Your mind.

I believe in you.

I believe.

I believe.

Slow breath in.

Exhale.

Making this yours.

Adding on here.

I believe.

I believe.

Fill in the blank.

Feel this energy within you.

Every cell in your body believing.

Breath in.

Notice how it feels to believe in yourself.

To believe in a bright future and a beautiful present.

If only you could see you.

If only you could step outside of yourself and you could really see you.

You could see the hope in you.

You could see the potential in you.

You could believe in you.

You would be in awe of the amazingly strong,

Courageous miracle of an individual that is you.

You would love you.

You would believe in you.

Take one more cleansing breath.

Inhale.

Exhale the worry.

Hold on to this belief in self and stay steady as you move forward with a new energy,

A new awareness from my heart to yours.
