Hi my friend.

It's okay if you feel far from yourself right now.

It's normal to feel disconnected from time to time.

But guess what?

You can always come back home.

Home is within you.

If it feels right,

Close your eyes and place one hand over your heart.

Your heart is where home is.

You are a safe place to land.

It's time to breathe and return back to you.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale slowly.

Just allow the breath to be gentle as you begin to soften.

Exhaling.

Allow your muscles to melt.

Feel your awareness drop into your heart,

Your center.

Just see yourself in this moment and feel how you can hold yourself tenderly right now.

Whispering to yourself come home.

Every breath you take is like walking yourself back home to you.

Inhale deeply.

Hold the breath.

Exhale softly.

Inhale deeply.

Hold.

Breathe back to you.

Inhale.

Allow the breath to naturally drift away.

Just coming back to a normal inhale and exhale.

Nothing to force.

My friend,

Imagine reaching the doorway of your home door and being greeted by you.

What would you say to you to welcome yourself back home?

You are a safe place to land.

Come stay a while.

Notice how you feel now.

What have you released?

How's your energy?

Breathe out.

Maybe press your hand into your heart one more time.

I am home.

May you continue to breathe your way back to you whenever you need.

Very slowly come back into awareness with your surroundings.

Blinking your eyes open even if they were closed.

Let's take one more breath together.

Inhale.

Exhale.

May you always remember you can return from my heart to yours.

This was just what I needed this morning. I love waking up with you And your gentle practices. The way I would greet myself at the door would be by saying “welcome home beautiful 🌻”. 🩷

Thank you! I made it to Friday. I did this practice 2x because I was having trouble focusing on my breath the first time. Thank you so much. Holding my hand on my heart was very helpful throughout the second time.
