Hi my friend,

Arrive here as you are.

Find a space that feels grounding and supportive.

Allow your entire body to settle.

Breath in,

Breath out,

Releasing any muscular energy.

Feel the softness in your face,

Your jaw.

Gently release the shoulders,

The neck.

Steady breath in,

Steady exhale.

The one thing that remains the same is you and your breath.

Everything else around you can change,

So much can change within you.

Your breath remains this steady rhythm,

Inhale,

Exhale.

As you deepen your breath,

Feel this grounded,

Rooted energy,

Despite the change.

My friend,

Maybe you're in between.

Maybe you feel like you're in a void.

Maybe so much is shifting and rearranging.

Use your breath as an anchor,

Inhale,

Exhale.

You can slowly begin to imagine a beautiful tree,

A tree that is strong and steady because of its roots.

Imagine these roots growing from the base of your spine,

From your lower body,

Connecting you to the earth.

You are unwavering.

And just like when storms rise,

When adversity comes,

Trees bend and sway,

All while staying rooted.

May you feel this energy of flow,

Allowing the wind to carry you,

Letting change make you bend and sway,

All while you stay rooted,

Grounded.

Inhale deeply,

Exhale,

Let it go.

Choosing to trust what's coming,

What's unraveling.

Remembering that you can endure change,

That change is good.

Notice how your energy feels now.

Maybe a little more stable and steady,

Despite all that swirls.

A little more open,

Curious,

Hopeful,

Despite all the change.

Welcoming in the flow,

Knowing that you're strong.

You can move through it all.

No rush here,

My friend.

Maybe place a hand or two over your heart.

Feel this heart of yours that has changed with you,

That endures all things with you.

And only when you're ready,

Blink your eyes open if they were closed.

One more breath in,

Let it all go.
