Gently start to deepen your breath,

Inhaling through your nose,

Exhaling really slowly,

Pull the breath in and then let it go.

Just you and your breath,

Inhale,

Exhale.

You can close your eyes to really see yourself,

Softening your entire face,

Your jaw,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Releasing the grip,

The tension in your hands,

Letting go of what you've been carrying,

What you've been worrying about,

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Noticing all the what-ifs that are floating within your mind.

Instead of judging the negative thought spiral,

Just observing it,

Remembering that you are the thinker,

Not your thoughts.

Gently moving from what-if to what-is.

Can you let go of the worry,

The fear of the uncertainty and land here,

What is here,

What is certain in this moment?

Rest in the joy of being right here,

Feel the safety and the stillness,

The peace and slowing down,

Despite all you do not know,

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Trust is not about having all the answers,

Trust is not having all the answers and knowing it is all unfolding as it should.

Can you feel the warmth of peace in the process,

In your journey,

Feel the surrender,

The trust?

Take a gentle in-breath and out-breath,

Bringing forward the energy of what-if-it-all-goes-really-well,

Knowing that you are well-equipped to receive whatever comes your way,

Feeling safety and trust in the unfolding and what a gift it is to know that you've got you through it all.

Use your breath to soothe your nervous system,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Feel the exhale really relax you,

Inhale opening your heart,

Exhale slow,

Breathe in,

Let it all go,

Notice the you that is here,

The more trusting you,

Feeling more at peace,

May you remember every day is a part of a greater story of who you are becoming,

You won't be able to see it all today,

You're going to need to take the scenic route,

The narrow path,

Knowing that even when you aren't sure what's next,

Hope is resilient and will last,

And even if the journey takes longer than expected,

You are free to have hope for the future,

Trusting that no matter the times you fell,

You are far from finished yet,

And even when it doesn't look like it,

There is so much more happening beneath the surface,

Your highs and your lows are all part of a journey that is unfolding,

Breathe in,

Exhale,

Softening into this version of you a little more,

Knowing that you can be full of trust and full of uncertainty,

Full of anxiety and full of hope,

Full of peace and full of chaos,

Just holding space for the complex human being you are,

If your heart could speak to you in this moment,

What would you say to you?

Slow breath in,

Exhale,

Really feeling into the shift within you,

Taking a moment to be proud of yourself for slowing down in this uncertain time,

And coming back to this moment,

The only moment you know for sure,

And choosing to see yourself with compassionate eyes,

Take it one breath at a time,

Absolutely, lovely with lots of space for practice. I typically like meditations, this length when I use guided. However, today my mind was squirrely and had a tough time focusing. But I still took away the same message And with some uncertainty still, I am now looking forward to this day
