I am focused on guiding you through feeling your physical, emotional, and spiritual self and I am fascinated by trying to feel every emotion possible and practicing somatic healing before trying to capture that niche experience in writing. I am a 200 HR Registered Yoga Teacher with training in "Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga." I hold a Bachelor’s from Northwestern in Psychology and an MBA from New York University. When I am not writing, reading, and meditating you can find me taking care of my small rescue Chihuahua, Munchkin, drinking too much Iced Dunkin, and dancing.

This is still, 3 years after my first review, one of my favorite short little meditations to do, especially while sitting in the sun. Wonderful visualizations of the sun and its effect on the body. I am a little surprised that it doesn’t have a better overall rating because I love it. I don’t finding the ending abrupt at all, and I am very sensitive to that sort of thing. Keep up the fabulous work!
