My invitation for you today is to just set aside a couple of moments with me to check in and see how we're doing.
So I'm already inviting you to close your eyes,
Wherever you are,
Just settling down into your space for a few moments.
Sometimes all we need is an invitation or a reminder to check in and just kind of stop moving on autopilot,
Stop operating on autopilot,
As that can sometimes happen for some of us.
So just slowing down here to give ourselves a moment of presence and awareness,
Tuning into our own breath,
Just staying curious,
How is your breath in this moment?
Without judging,
Just observing,
Following the rise and the fall of your breath and belly.
Perhaps your breath is more up in your upper chest.
Simply just noticing without trying to change anything,
Just breathing,
Noticing if your breath has changed without you even having to do anything,
Just the simple fact of you placing your attention on your breath.
Has it changed something in you?
Maybe,
Maybe not.
Whatever arises in this experience that is your own is totally welcome.

Taking a moment to thank yourself in your own way for having taken this time to connect inwards.
