Reverend Emily Martin is a mindfulness meditation teacher and coach, mother of two small boys. Emily is currently training to be a lay Buddhist minister through the Mt. Adams Buddhist Temple and is a certified Forest Bathing guide. Emily holds an MS and a BS from Stanford University in Earth Systems, an environmental science major. Emily lives in Hood River, Oregon with her two boys, George (9) and Davey (11).
