This short guided meditation is part of a series called "Shift Your Energy." In this meditation, you will connect into your body with your breath and then visualize your community of love and support around you. You will shift from a sensation of "grasping" to a sensation of "having" as you see your soultribe support you. You will walk away feeling a deep sense of ease and trust.

Welcome to Shift Your Energy Meditations.

This is Community Connect.

So use this meditation when you are desiring connection to community and to find your soul tribe.

I hope you enjoy it.

Find yourself either seated,

Lying down,

Or standing up,

Wherever you are.

Make sure that your back is straight and aligned.

And let's start with three breaths.

Breathing in through our nose and out through our mouth.

Let's take a few moments to become embodied,

To come into our body.

And I like to do this by actually finding a spot in the body where I can connect to my breath.

There's lots of places where you can feel the sensation of your breath in your body.

Just find one of those.

And this is going to be our anchor for our meditation.

So if there's any downtime between my words,

What we're doing,

I invite you to go back to the sensation of the breath in your body.

And you'll notice that I'm sighing a lot.

I'm just coming into my breath and my body.

For me,

It's been a long day.

So taking those big exhales actually feels really good.

So I invite you if that feels comfortable to do that.

In breath,

Exhale.

In breath,

Exhale.

Energy follows thought.

Thought follows intention.

So we're going to do a practice in intention today.

And energy also follows visualization.

So we're going to do a visualization practice today.

So in your mind's eye,

I want you to visualize a community of family and friends around you.

They can be people you know,

Or they can be faces you don't know,

People you haven't met yet.

And actually,

You're not in the center.

You're just in a circle.

You're part of a circle of these people.

These are people that support you.

They understand you.

They get you the same values as you.

And when you're with these people,

Whether you know them already or whether you have yet to meet them,

The feelings you feel,

And we're just going to start to embody these feelings right now are ease,

Trust,

Acceptance,

Belonging,

Communication,

Support,

Feel supported,

Communicate easily.

Maybe you're working on a shared project or goal.

So you feel collaborative,

Might feel excited or giddy to be part of this group.

You inspired each one of you in this circle is holding a candle that's lit.

It's the kind of candle that you can set easily down on the ground.

It's a tea light or something with a strong base.

And one by one,

Each one of you in the circle walks into the center of the circle and places your candle in the center until everyone circle could be large,

Could be a few people,

Could be 10 or 20 or 100,

000.

Everyone gently puts their candle in the center.

Now you have a beautiful gathering of candles in the center of your circle.

Each person has contributed to their has contributed their light,

Their dedication,

Their commitment to maybe a shared journey or just supporting the people in the circle.

As you find yourself standing in that circle,

Just take a look around,

Look into each other's eyes,

Look into the eyes of the people in your circle.

They may look back at you,

Know of their love.

There may be people you have yet to meet,

People of all body shapes and sizes,

All races and creeds,

All genders and sexual preferences.

Maybe there's even non human animals,

Plants,

Beans,

Part of your circle,

Just take a moment to feel their love and support to know of their love and take a moment to share your love and your trust with them.

We'll spend one more minute here together,

Circle of love and trust,

And then we will end our meditation.

Okay.

This concludes our meditation today.
