This was one of the BEST meditations I have ever done. It was spot on what I needed right now. I could feel tears in my eyes towards the end. THANK YOU so much for sharing this. I’ve bookmarked it to listen to again and again. This meditation may even inspire me to write a another new poem as I’d like to also be a source of encouragement as my poems are usually just me writing about personal experiences. Writing one with the purpose of encouraging would be nice. Thank you!

Thank you thank you. šŸ™ I very much needed this today, to remember that these aspects of self are not actually "wrong", in terms of "right" and "wrong." They just are, so take them as they come, breathe, and accept myself as I am.
