Start your morning with me by feeling into what is present today. We get quiet so that we can listen to what might be arising. From this quiet Presence, you'll feel into your intention for today. I hope this helps to nourish and support you through the rest of your day!

Good morning and welcome to this beautiful day.

Let's take a few moments now to get as comfortable as you can wherever you might be.

And taking a few moments to feel into all of the sensations that might be arising in the body.

Perhaps if you've just woken up noticing any of the sensations in the body but that might still be tight.

Where might you be feeling some relaxation in the body?

And then taking a moment to feel into if there might be some emotion or thoughts present in this moment without needing to hold on to the emotion or the thought or the story around it.

Simply witnessing all of these changing sensations,

Emotions and thoughts that might be present.

Noticing the sounds around you in this room and then turning attention inwards perhaps.

Noticing if there are sounds from within.

Feeling into the surface beneath you,

Holding and supporting you and all the surfaces of your body touching back into the surface beneath you.

Allowing yourself to be held and supported.

Bringing attention to the breath and just noticing the inhales,

The exhales.

Noticing the movement in the body as you inhale and which parts of the body release as you exhale.

Noticing even through all of these changing sensations,

Movements,

Perhaps there is a sense of a deeper peace and being also present.

A sense of spaciousness,

A sense of limitlessness.

Sensing and feeling into the intention you have for today.

If nothing arises,

Perhaps you might like to feel into some of the following questions.

What is my intention for today?

Is there a particular quality or value I'd love to move towards?

Perhaps inviting in patience,

Kindness or a little more fun and joy in my life today.

Just taking the next few moments to feel into what is arising with a sense of curiosity and if it's helpful,

You might like to feel into this inquiry.

What would it feel like in the body if this intention were true?

If we were inviting in patience,

Kindness or a little love and fun,

How would that feel like in the body?

Sensing and feeling into perhaps the sense of warmth and peace and ease and openness within the body and then really stepping into these sensations.

What would it feel like if this intention were true?

How would that feel?

May this intention continue to support and nourish you throughout today.

Know that at any point today,

You can always come back to these sensations within the body.

May they continue to nourish and support you throughout the day.
